A 56 yo Grandmother Dumps Her Abusive Husband and Went for a Solo Roadtrip Which Changed Her Life Forever
In Asian people, especially the older generation was getting a divorce is a sort of bad taboo for them but imagine if you are 56 years old and you have been abused by your husband for 30 years nonstop and at a time you just can’t take it anymore.
Where this case happens in Henan Province of China, Su Min a 56 years old grandmother or housewife finally decided that she had enough with her husband through the 30 years where he will keep on hit her mercilessly wherever he got angry and due to her unhappy marriage, she found that she has depression and suffered from headache and even have to start taking depression medicine.
Despite this, she has to swallow her anger for the sake of her daughter and her grandchildren, and one day she came across a blogger sharing her road trip experience and which lead her to think that she can do it too. Therefore she decided that she will kick start this dream after her grandchildren started attending kindergarten.
In silence, she prepared for a year and looked up road trip tips online and she came across equipment through an online platform and she will add them to her shopping cart and fund her trip, she used up all her saving and her daughter also lend her some money to buy a car. Which on 23rd September 2020, she finally took off after her grandkids started kindergarten school.
In the past 2 months, she vlogs about her trip have gone viral and it inspired a lot another woman as well and what she did is something which we call as bravery, crazy and insane but deep inside her heart that is something only those who have gone through that hardship will understand.
