17yo Boy Were Fined RM10,000 After Forgotten to Scan the MySejahtera as He Was Rushing

We have heard of a lot of stories where people are getting slapped with a RM10,000 fine regardless of their age and gender. As recently where a 17-year-old boy where suffered the hefty fine after he was rushing into a store to grab a strip of paracetamol for his mother who is sick as he was in rush, he had forgotten to scan the QR code while at that point, a plain clothes police officer came in and issued him a RM10,000 fine without asking his explanation.

Kalau adik menteri, saya yakin adik tidak akan didenda.

Netizen were enraged by the matter and it has even got noticed by Muar MP Syed Saddiq. The RM0,000 fine is mentioned that it is target for repeated offence people. While for those who don’t feel like the fine they can appeal for discount from KKM.
