99 years old, Luther Younger walks 6 miles (9.7KM) every single day just to see his wife – Waverlee in the hospital in the name of love! Regardless whether it in heat, rain or snow, he still walks everyday to see this wife
He could wait for a ride from his daughter, Lutheta or take a bus but he just can’t wait to see Waverlee everyday
His wife is diagnose with brain tumor 9 years back ago and she has been in and out of the hospital ever since. And if you’re asking the reason why is he doing it, he simply just said that his wife is his cup of tea and that his wife is the best cup of tea I ever had in my life.
At nearly 100 years old and been married for 55 years old, he still longs to be by her wife’s side and he doesn’t want to miss a moment with his wife!
