During this special time, everywhere is running out of face masks with the spread of Covid-19. This is not just impacting us, the commoner but it actually also impacts the actors/stars
The shortage of masks is impacting especially the the elderly and helpless.
In HK, there are many elderly actors running out of masks and they couldn’t get hold of it. As according to HK01, 66-year-old veteran actress Angelina Lo had to improvise and create her own reusable mask after finishing up the surgical masks. Lo was not able to replenish her stock as the masks always run out before she can get them.
In order to cope with this mask shortage issue, Lo has to wraps her cotton face mask with plastic packaging to wear it at work especially in crowded places!
Not just Lo but was even other actors like 79-year-old Yu Mo-Lin was reportedly left with around 20 face masks. To save on remaining masks, Yu has been wearing the same face mask for two days.
So in order to help out the veteran actor, Louis Koo has acted to distributes 20,000 masks. He surely have a big heart because as we know the mask is out of stock every but Louis Koo has explored every option to buy additional masks for them.
Speaking to the media, Koo said that he has distributed 20,000 face masks to those who needed them, HK01 reported. Aside from that, he also placed more orders but is unsure when the next batch will arrive. However, Koo promised to distribute the face masks promptly when the orders arrive.
Such a great man and they should give a status for this guy!
