Two insightful health talks are scheduled for the afternoon:
- 2:00 PM: “Attitudes in Alzheimer’s Disease: From Doom and Gloom to Cautious Optimism” by Professor Dr. Chin Ai Vyrn, Head of Geriatrics, UMMC.
- 2:45 PM: “Mind, Mental and Microbiome” by Associate Prof Dr. Cheah Pike See, University Putra Malaysia.
These sessions will provide valuable knowledge about dementia and mental health, offering fresh perspectives on coping strategies and medical advancements.
3. Exhibits

- 3:30 PM: “Resistance Band Exercise” performance by Prana Kelly Ng.
- 4:00 PM: Performance by the ADFM Caring Nightingale and Poco-Poco Team.

6. Grand Lucky Draw
At 4:50 PM, participants will have a chance to win exciting prizes in the Grand Lucky Draw, adding a touch of excitement to the day’s events.
