Penang shoppers have another good reason to enjoy a shopping trip this November as XES Shoes celebrates the grand opening of its new XES Studio outlet at Pearl City Mall, Simpang Ampat! To mark the arrival of its latest store, XES Shoes is treating shoppers to six days of grand opening promotions, exciting rewards and special treats from 4 to 9 November 2026.

Whether shoppers are looking to refresh their footwear collection, find an affordable pair of everyday shoes or simply enjoy a little shopping outing with family and friends, this grand opening celebration is worth checking out. With a Buy 1 Free 1 offer, a lucky spin activity featuring attractive prizes and complimentary cotton candy during the weekend, there are several reasons to make a visit to the new outlet.

Located at Lot G6, Pearl City Mall, Penang, the new XES Studio gives shoppers in Simpang Ampat and nearby areas a convenient place to explore the brand’s footwear collections. Instead of travelling further away just to browse for new shoes, shoppers can now drop by this newly opened outlet while enjoying their regular mall visit.

The best part is that the opening celebration comes with promotions designed to make shoe shopping a little more rewarding.

XES Shoes Grand Opening Sale: Buy 1 Free 1 Promotion

One of the main attractions of the grand opening celebration is the Buy 1 Free 1 promotion, available from 4 to 9 November 2026.

For anyone who has been thinking about getting new shoes, this is an opportunity worth considering. Rather than paying for two pairs separately, shoppers can enjoy the advertised Buy 1 Free 1 deal, potentially making it easier to stretch their shopping budget while bringing home more footwear.

This offer could be particularly useful for shoppers who regularly need different types of footwear for work, casual outings and everyday activities. It may also be a good opportunity for couples, friends or family members to shop together and take advantage of the promotion.

For example, shoppers who have been planning to replace an old pair of shoes can use this occasion to look for another pair that suits a different outfit or occasion. Having an additional pair also means less frequent wear of the same shoes, which can be helpful when building a practical footwear collection.

However, before making a purchase, shoppers should check the participating designs, sizes and applicable terms with the store team. They should also confirm whether the free pair must be of equal or lower value, as the original announcement does not provide further details about the promotion’s conditions.

As this is a limited six-day grand opening offer, interested shoppers should consider visiting earlier rather than waiting until the final day. Popular designs and commonly requested shoe sizes may become limited as more customers visit the store.

Play & Win Lucky Spin: Stand a Chance to Win Free Shoes and More

Apart from the footwear promotion, XES Studio is also adding some excitement to the opening celebration with its Play & Win Lucky Spin activity.

Shoppers will have the opportunity to spin the lucky wheel and stand a chance to walk away with exciting rewards. According to the announcement, the prizes include free shoes, cash vouchers and mystery gifts.

This makes the grand opening more than just an ordinary shopping trip. Visitors can enjoy browsing the footwear collections while also having a chance to win something extra.

The possibility of receiving free shoes is particularly attractive for anyone who already enjoys shopping for footwear. Meanwhile, cash vouchers could provide additional savings on future purchases, depending on the applicable redemption conditions.

Mystery gifts also add an element of surprise, making the activity more enjoyable for shoppers who like participating in promotional events.

For families and groups of friends visiting Pearl City Mall together, the lucky spin activity could be a fun addition to their shopping plans. Even if visitors are simply exploring the new outlet, the chance to participate in an exciting opening activity gives them another reason to stop by.

Shoppers are encouraged to ask the XES Studio staff about the lucky spin participation requirements, including whether a minimum purchase is needed, how many spins are allowed and the availability of prizes. These details were not specified in the original announcement, so checking directly with the outlet is recommended.

Enjoy Free Cotton Candy During the Grand Opening Weekend

There is also something sweet waiting for visitors during the grand opening weekend!

XES Shoes will be giving away FREE cotton candy on 7 and 8 November 2026, making the weekend visit a little more enjoyable for shoppers and families.

The complimentary cotton candy treat will be available only during the following hours:

• Saturday, 7 November 2026: 12.00 PM to 7.00 PM

• Sunday, 8 November 2026: 12.00 PM to 7.00 PM

This is a nice little extra for parents planning a family shopping trip. Children will certainly appreciate having a sweet treat while accompanying their parents around the mall.

It also gives shoppers another reason to plan their visit during the weekend rather than on the earlier weekdays. Those who are interested in both the shoe promotions and the cotton candy giveaway can arrange their shopping trip accordingly.

Since the complimentary treat is available for a limited period, visitors should try to arrive within the stated hours. As with most free giveaways, availability may depend on the remaining supplies, so it is best not to assume that cotton candy will be available throughout the entire day.

Why Should Shoppers Visit the New XES Studio at Pearl City Mall?

There are several reasons why the XES Shoes grand opening deserves a place on the shopping calendar this November.

First, the Buy 1 Free 1 promotion offers an opportunity to get more value when shopping for footwear. Shoes are everyday essentials for many people, whether they are needed for office wear, casual outings, travelling or daily activities. Taking advantage of a suitable promotion can help shoppers manage their spending while updating their collection.

Second, the lucky spin activity adds another layer of excitement. The chance to win free shoes, cash vouchers and mystery gifts makes the visit more interesting, especially for shoppers who enjoy promotional activities.

Third, the free cotton candy giveaway on 7 and 8 November provides a family-friendly attraction. Parents can bring their children along and enjoy a weekend mall outing while checking out the new store.

Another reason to visit is the opportunity to explore the XES Studio outlet itself. Grand openings are a good time to discover a newly opened retail space, browse available collections and familiarise themselves with the store’s product selection.

For residents around Simpang Ampat and nearby parts of Penang, having another footwear shopping destination at Pearl City Mall is also convenient. Visitors can combine their XES Shoes shopping trip with other activities at the mall, making the journey more worthwhile.

Shopping Tips Before Visiting

To make the most of the six-day promotion, shoppers can follow a few simple tips.

1. Visit early for better choices

Those looking for particular shoe designs or sizes should consider visiting earlier during the promotion period. Waiting until the final day may mean fewer choices, particularly if certain styles prove popular.

2. Check the Buy 1 Free 1 conditions

Before paying, confirm which footwear designs are included, whether the free pair is subject to price restrictions and whether any exclusions apply.

3. Ask about lucky spin requirements

Check with the staff regarding the lucky spin activity, including minimum spending requirements, participation limits and prize redemption conditions.

4. Plan a weekend visit for free cotton candy

Visitors who want to enjoy the complimentary cotton candy should plan their trip for 7 or 8 November, between 12.00 PM and 7.00 PM.

5. Shop according to your needs

Although a Buy 1 Free 1 promotion can be tempting, it is always better to choose footwear that will actually be worn. Consider comfort, sizing and practicality instead of buying additional pairs simply because they are on promotion.
