If there is one thing that can make a birthday celebration even sweeter, it is a complimentary treat that gives everyone another reason to smile. This October, emart24 Malaysia is inviting its members to celebrate Rina’s fifth birthday with a special giveaway that dessert lovers will not want to miss. Starting from 21 October 2026, the first 500 eligible members can redeem one FREE Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve in a cup through the emart24 app.

For anyone who enjoys trying something different from the usual ice cream flavours, this is a lovely opportunity to enjoy a sweet treat without spending extra money. The giveaway is also a good reason to check the emart24 app, especially for members who enjoy discovering promotions and complimentary goodies at their favourite convenience store.

Celebrate Rina’s Fifth Birthday with a Free Soft Serve

Birthdays are always a good excuse to enjoy something sweet, and emart24 is spreading the celebration beyond the birthday girl herself. In conjunction with Rina turning five, the brand is offering a free Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve in a cup to its first 500 members who successfully redeem the promotion.

The offer begins on 21 October 2026, making it worth checking the app as soon as possible if the free dessert sounds tempting. Since the giveaway is limited to 500 members, those who are interested should not assume that the offer will remain available for several days. Once the allocated redemptions or available stock have run out, the opportunity may be gone.

For regular emart24 customers, this promotion is a simple way to enjoy an extra treat during a normal shopping trip. Instead of paying for dessert separately, eligible members can check whether the complimentary soft serve coupon is available in their accounts and follow the redemption instructions.

It is also a fun way for the brand to share Rina’s birthday celebration with its customers. Rather than keeping the occasion limited to a birthday announcement, emart24 is giving its members a chance to join in with something they can enjoy themselves.

What Is Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve?

The giveaway features Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve, served in a cup. Taro and yam are familiar flavours in many Asian desserts, often appreciated for their distinctive taste and creamy texture. For customers who enjoy exploring desserts inspired by Asian flavours, this soft serve could be a refreshing alternative to more familiar chocolate or vanilla options.

If you have already tried taro-flavoured drinks, cakes or other desserts, this promotion could be a good opportunity to experience the flavour in soft-serve form. Those who have never tried it before may also find this a convenient chance to discover something new without paying for a full-priced dessert.

The cup serving makes the treat suitable for a quick dessert break while shopping or stopping by emart24. Whether you are looking for something sweet after a meal or simply want a little pick-me-up during the day, a free soft serve is an easy treat to add to your routine.

However, customers should note that the promotion specifically offers one Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve in a cup. Other flavours, serving sizes or additional items should not be assumed to be included in the giveaway.

How to Redeem the Free Soft Serve

The good news is that the redemption process is straightforward. Members do not need to navigate a complicated registration process according to the promotion instructions. Instead, they can use the emart24 app to locate the coupon and redeem the offer.

Here is how to get started:

Step 1: Open the emart24 app

Make sure you have access to the emart24 app and your member account. Open the app to check the available features and coupons associated with your membership.

Step 2: Tap on MyCoupon

Look for the MyCoupon section in the app. This is where members should check for the relevant promotional coupon for Rina’s birthday giveaway.

Step 3: Select Redeem

If the free Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve coupon is available, tap the Redeem option and follow the instructions provided in the app. Once the redemption has been completed, enjoy the sweet treat in accordance with the promotion’s terms and conditions.

As the giveaway is limited to the first 500 members, it is sensible to check the app early rather than leave it until a later date. Members should also read the coupon information carefully, including any instructions relating to participating outlets, redemption validity and other applicable conditions.

Why Should You Take Advantage of This Giveaway?

There are several good reasons to check out this birthday promotion, particularly if you are already an emart24 member.

First, it is an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary dessert. Small purchases can add up over time, so getting a treat without an additional payment is a welcome bonus. If you are planning to visit emart24 anyway, checking for the coupon before heading out could make your trip a little more rewarding.

Second, you get to try a distinctive flavour. Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve offers an opportunity to explore a dessert inspired by popular Asian flavours. If you usually choose the same ice cream options, this could be a nice change from your regular favourites.

Third, the redemption process is convenient. The promotion uses the emart24 app’s MyCoupon section, allowing members to check for the offer digitally. You can look for the coupon before making a trip, which helps you avoid travelling specifically for the giveaway without first checking whether the offer is available to you.

Finally, the limited quantity makes early action important. With only 500 members included in the giveaway, waiting too long could mean missing out. If the coupon is available in your app, follow the redemption instructions promptly and check the applicable conditions.

The offer may also be a fun little treat to share the excitement of Rina’s birthday with friends or family who are also emart24 members. However, each person should check their own eligibility and the applicable redemption rules rather than assume that multiple free servings can be claimed under one account.

A Few Things to Remember Before Redeeming

Although the offer is free, it is still important to understand the conditions before visiting a store.

The giveaway starts on 21 October 2026 and is limited to the first 500 members. The announcement does not specify a confirmed end date, so customers should not assume that the offer will run for a particular number of days. Availability is subject to stock, and the promotion is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

The original announcement also does not specify the participating outlet list, exact redemption hours or whether additional purchase requirements apply. Members should therefore check the coupon details in the app or contact emart24 through its official channels if clarification is needed.

It is best to confirm the coupon’s availability and redemption requirements before travelling to an outlet. This is especially important for customers who intend to make a special trip just to claim the free soft serve.

Final Thoughts: Check the App Before the Free Treat Runs Out

emart24 Malaysia’s Rina fifth birthday giveaway is a simple but appealing promotion for customers who enjoy complimentary food treats and convenient app-based rewards. The offer combines a birthday celebration with a chance to try a different dessert without paying extra for the featured item. If you are already a member, opening the app and checking MyCoupon is an easy first step. If the coupon is available, redeem it according to the instructions and enjoy the treat while stocks last.
