If you have been thinking about refreshing your bedroom, upgrading your bathroom essentials or adding a little more comfort to your everyday routine, here is a shopping event worth checking out. Horgen is celebrating the grand opening of its Concept Store at Isetan KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, from 23 to 25 October 2026, with a selection of special offers, attractive savings and exciting rewards for shoppers.

Taking place at Level 2 of Isetan KLCC, this three-day celebration is a great opportunity to explore Horgen’s range of home and lifestyle essentials while enjoying exclusive grand opening promotions. From comfortable loungewear and luxurious bedding to soft bath towels and home fragrances, there are several reasons to make time for a visit, particularly if these are items you already have on your shopping list.

The grand opening also comes with additional perks for Isetan App Members, including selected discounts, a complimentary gift with a qualifying purchase, a lucky draw opportunity and a chance to try the claw machine. With several promotions available during the same weekend, shoppers can plan their purchases carefully and make their spending go further.

Horgen Grand Opening at Isetan KLCC: Three Days of Special Offers

Grand opening celebrations are often an excellent time to discover a brand, explore its product range and take advantage of limited-period deals. For Horgen, the celebration focuses on making everyday living more comfortable, whether that means improving the quality of your rest, making your bathroom feel more inviting or finding comfortable clothing to wear at home.

The Horgen Concept Store is located on Level 2 of Isetan KLCC, making it a convenient stop for shoppers visiting the department store. Rather than treating the occasion as a shopping trip for one particular item, visitors can explore different home essentials and compare what best suits their needs.

The event runs for only three days, from 23 to 25 October 2026. Anyone interested in the advertised discounts and rewards should consider visiting early, especially because some offers are limited by membership eligibility, qualifying spending or availability.

Enjoy 50% OFF Loungewear for the First 50 Isetan App Members

One of the headline offers is 50% OFF loungewear for the first 50 Isetan App Members. This is particularly appealing for shoppers who appreciate comfortable clothing for relaxing at home, enjoying a quiet weekend or winding down after a long day.

Loungewear is something many people wear regularly, so finding suitable pieces at a reduced price can be a practical way to update a wardrobe without paying full price. If you have been looking for something comfortable to wear around the house, this promotion could be a good reason to browse Horgen’s selection.

However, the offer is limited to the first 50 eligible Isetan App Members, so shoppers should not assume the discount will remain available throughout the three-day event. Those hoping to enjoy the offer may wish to visit early and check the applicable terms with the store team.

Discover Exclusive Grand Opening Prices on Selected Horgen Bedding

A comfortable bedroom can make a real difference to how you relax at the end of the day. If your current bedding is due for an upgrade, the Horgen grand opening is an opportunity to explore exclusive grand opening prices on selected Horgen bedding.

Bedding is a practical household purchase that can benefit the whole family. Whether you are updating your own bedroom, preparing a guest room or looking for something useful for a new home, it is worth comparing the available options and choosing products that suit your comfort preferences.

Instead of purchasing bedding simply because it is on promotion, consider what you genuinely need and which items will be used regularly. A well-planned purchase can provide lasting value, particularly when the promotional price makes an otherwise expensive upgrade more affordable.

The offer applies to selected bedding, so the exact products and prices may vary. Visit the Horgen Concept Store to find out which items are included and whether any additional conditions apply.

Save 50% on Horgen Marshmallow Bath Towels

Another highlight is 50% OFF Horgen Marshmallow Bath Towels. If you enjoy wrapping yourself in a soft towel after a shower or are planning to replace worn-out bathroom essentials, this is one offer worth checking out.

Bath towels are everyday necessities, but choosing comfortable ones can make an ordinary routine feel a little more special. They are also useful purchases for families, new homeowners or anyone preparing a bathroom for guests.

A 50% discount can make this a good opportunity to replenish your household supplies while keeping more money in your budget for other necessities. Before buying, check the available colours, sizes and stock so you can select the towels that best suit your bathroom.

As with the other promotions, shoppers should confirm the applicable terms and availability directly at the store.

Receive a FREE Horgen Happy Days Diffuser with a Minimum Spend of RM300

For shoppers who enjoy pleasant home fragrances, there is another incentive to consider. Customers who meet the minimum spend of RM300 can receive a FREE Horgen Happy Days Diffuser.

A diffuser can be a lovely addition to a bedroom, living area or another suitable space at home. It can also make a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates home accessories and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The key to making this offer worthwhile is to plan your shopping before heading to the store. If you already need bedding, towels or other eligible products, you may find it easier to reach the RM300 qualifying spend through purchases you would have made anyway.

There is no need to spend extra just to obtain a free gift if the additional items are not necessary. Instead, compare the products you need, check which purchases count towards the minimum spend and confirm the diffuser’s availability and redemption conditions with the store team.

Remember that the complimentary gift is subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.

Stand a Chance to Win Ralph Lauren Photo Frames Worth RM7,550 in Total

The grand opening also offers shoppers a chance to win one of three Ralph Lauren Photo Frames, with a combined stated value of RM7,550.

For those who appreciate elegant home accessories, this prize opportunity adds another interesting element to the shopping celebration. Photo frames can be used to display family photographs, memorable travel moments or other meaningful pictures, making them attractive decorative pieces for a living room, bedroom or home office.

The opportunity to win one of the three frames gives visitors another reason to find out more about the event’s rewards. However, shoppers should remember that this is a chance to win rather than a guaranteed gift for every visitor.

Before participating, check the official promotion terms to understand the eligibility requirements, entry process, qualifying purchases and any other conditions. The combined prize value should also not be mistaken for the value of an individual frame.

Spend RM80 and Enjoy a Play at the Claw Machine

Looking for something a little more playful during your shopping trip? Horgen is also offering customers the chance to enjoy a play at its claw machine when they spend RM80.

This activity adds a fun extra to the grand opening, especially for friends and family members visiting together. After browsing the products and making a qualifying purchase, shoppers can take a break from ordinary shopping and try their luck at the machine.

It is a small activity, but it can make the visit feel more memorable than a typical trip to the department store. Just remember to check the qualifying-spend requirements and any restrictions before participating.

Why Should You Visit the Horgen Grand Opening?

The main attraction of this event is the combination of practical household savings and additional shopping rewards. Rather than focusing on just one discounted product, visitors can explore offers covering loungewear, bedding, bath towels and home fragrance.

The event may be especially worthwhile for people who are moving into a new home, preparing a bedroom makeover, replacing old towels or shopping for useful household gifts. Existing Isetan App Members can also look into the membership-exclusive offers and check whether they qualify for the available rewards.

To get the most out of the visit, prepare a shopping list and decide on a budget before arriving. Check the terms of each offer, prioritise the items you need most and ask about product availability. If you are interested in the loungewear discount for the first 50 Isetan App Members, visiting early may be particularly helpful.

Most importantly, do not feel pressured to buy something simply because it is discounted. The best bargain is a product you genuinely need at a price that fits your budget.
