BigBath Sabah Warehouse Sale 2026: Enjoy Up to 90% Off Bathroom and Kitchen Products in Kota Kinabalu
Planning to renovate your home, upgrade your bathroom or give your kitchen a fresh new look without spending a fortune? Here is a warehouse sale worth adding to your shopping list this October. BigBath Sdn Bhd is bringing the BigBath Sabah Warehouse Sale from 22 to 25 October 2026, giving bargain hunters in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, four days to explore special prices on a range of bathroom, kitchen and home improvement products.
With selected toilets and basin cabinet sets starting from just RM99, this event could be an excellent opportunity for homeowners, new property owners, landlords and anyone preparing for a renovation project. There are also discounts on selected shower sets, kitchen sinks, bathtubs, doors, ceiling fans and air conditioners.
The sale promises savings of up to 90% on bathroom and kitchen products, making it worth a visit for those who want to stretch their renovation budget further. Whether you are replacing an ageing bathroom fixture or planning a more extensive home makeover, this is a chance to compare products and look for suitable deals under one roof.
The event will take place at BigBath Kota Kinabalu, from 9am to 7pm daily. However, shoppers should plan their visit carefully because the promotion runs for only four days, and selected products are available while stocks last.
What Can You Buy at the BigBath Sabah Warehouse Sale?
One of the most attractive features of this warehouse sale is the variety of products available at promotional prices. Instead of visiting several shops to compare bathroom fittings and household essentials, shoppers can explore different categories in one location.
Here are some of the advertised deals to look out for during the event.
1. Toilets from RM99
Replacing an old toilet can be an important part of a bathroom renovation, but the cost of sanitaryware can quickly add up when several items need replacing. At this warehouse sale, selected toilets start from RM99, making this one of the headline offers to check out.
This deal may be particularly useful for homeowners renovating a bathroom on a tight budget, landlords preparing a rental property or families upgrading an older home. Before purchasing, remember to check the toilet’s dimensions, installation requirements and compatibility with your existing plumbing.
2. Basin Cabinet Sets from RM99
A basin cabinet set can help make a bathroom look neater while providing a convenient place to store toiletries and everyday essentials. With selected sets advertised from RM99, shoppers may find an affordable option for improving a guest bathroom, smaller bathroom or rental unit.
It is worth checking the cabinet’s size, storage space, material and suitability for a wet environment before making a decision. A practical design that fits your bathroom properly can offer better long-term value than simply choosing the cheapest item.
3. SUS304 Kitchen Sinks from RM99
For anyone planning to refresh their kitchen, selected SUS304 kitchen sinks are advertised from RM99. A kitchen sink is an everyday essential, so choosing one that suits your cooking habits and available countertop space is important.
SUS304 stainless steel is widely used for kitchen sinks because of its corrosion resistance and suitability for regular kitchen use. During the sale, compare the sink’s dimensions, bowl depth, installation style and included accessories to determine whether it meets your needs.
4. Exposed Shower Bar Sets for RM599
Looking for a more modern shower setup? BigBath is advertising exposed shower bar sets at RM599. This could be an option for homeowners who want to update their bathroom’s appearance or replace an older shower system.
Before buying, confirm the product specifications, water pressure requirements and installation arrangements. It is also sensible to check whether any additional fittings are required so that you can calculate the overall renovation cost.
5. Free-Standing Bathtubs for RM3,199
For shoppers dreaming of a more relaxing bathroom, the advertised free-standing bathtub at RM3,199 may be worth exploring. A bathtub can become a striking centrepiece in a spacious bathroom, creating a more comfortable and luxurious atmosphere at home.
However, this is a purchase that deserves careful planning. Check the bathtub’s dimensions, bathroom layout, floor support, drainage arrangements and delivery requirements before committing. It is also worth confirming whether installation is included in the advertised price.
6. Vitally Bi-Fold Doors for RM399
Bi-fold doors can be a practical solution for areas where a conventional swinging door takes up too much room. With Vitally bi-fold doors advertised at RM399, homeowners may find an opportunity to improve the functionality of selected spaces.
Check the measurements, opening direction, material and installation requirements to make sure the door is appropriate for your intended location.
7. Clothes Hangers for RM109
Storage and organisation also deserve attention during a home improvement project. Selected clothes hangers are advertised at RM109, offering another product category to explore while browsing the warehouse sale.
Before purchasing, check the product’s design, capacity, dimensions and suitability for your available storage area.
8. Rezo Ceiling Fans for RM78
A ceiling fan is a useful household essential in Malaysia’s warm climate. The advertised Rezo ceiling fan at RM78 is one of the deals that budget-conscious shoppers may want to investigate.
If you are buying a fan for a bedroom, living room or another frequently used space, consider the blade size, airflow, noise level and installation requirements. Confirm the exact model and what is included in the advertised price.
9. Midea 1.0HP Air Conditioner for RM999
For those considering an air-conditioning upgrade, the advertised Midea 1.0HP air conditioner at RM999 could be another worthwhile deal to compare.
Before making a purchase, check whether the model suits your room size and cooling requirements. Ask about installation charges, piping, electrical work, warranty coverage and delivery arrangements, as these additional costs can affect your final budget.
Prices and availability may depend on the specific products offered during the sale, so it is advisable to confirm the details with the store before travelling.
Daily Star Buys: Why You Should Arrive Early
Another reason to visit the BigBath Sabah Warehouse Sale is its Daily Star Buy promotion. According to the advertised terms, shoppers can look forward to one special deal each day, limited to one unit per family and available in-store only.
This means there may be a different featured bargain to discover depending on the day of your visit. If you are interested in a particular offer, arriving early is a sensible strategy, as popular items may sell out quickly.
Since the Daily Star Buy is limited to one unit per family, check the store’s terms and conditions before planning your purchases. It is also worth contacting the organiser if you want to know which product will be featured on a particular day.
The event runs from Thursday to Sunday, so you can choose a weekday visit if it suits your schedule or make a weekend shopping trip with the family.
Shop Popular Brands Under One Roof
The warehouse sale brings together products from several recognised brands, including Midea, Fujioh, Robam, Rezo, Alpha, Vitally and Viomi, among others.
Having different brands available at one location can make it easier to compare options and consider which products best suit your home and budget. Rather than focusing entirely on discounts, take time to review specifications, product quality, warranty terms and installation requirements.
For larger purchases, it is helpful to prepare a list of the items you genuinely need before arriving. This makes it easier to prioritise essential renovation expenses while avoiding unnecessary spending simply because something is on sale.
Why Should You Visit the BigBath Sabah Warehouse Sale?
The biggest reason to visit is the opportunity to save on items that can otherwise take up a considerable portion of a home renovation budget. Toilets, sinks, bathroom cabinets, doors and cooling appliances are practical purchases that many homeowners eventually need to replace or upgrade.
With selected products starting at RM78 or RM99 and other larger items available at advertised promotional prices, the event offers several price points for shoppers with different budgets. The advertised discounts of up to 90% may also make it worthwhile to compare selected products against their usual prices.
The warehouse sale can be particularly useful if you are renovating several rooms at once. Finding suitable products in one place may save you time travelling between different retailers. Families can also make a day of the visit, as the organiser advertises easy parking and a children’s zone.
Nevertheless, remember that a large discount does not automatically make every product the right choice. Compare specifications, measure your available space and ask about delivery, installation, warranty and after-sales support before paying.
The promotion is subject to stock availability and terms and conditions. If you have a particular item in mind, contacting BigBath before your visit can help you confirm whether it is available.
