Redemption Instructions:

- Reservations must be made at least 7 working days in advance but no more than 30 working days.
- Bookings can be made by calling 1800886857 (operating hours: 9am-6pm GMT+8, Monday to Friday, including Public Holidays).
- An email confirmation will be sent within 3 working days, subject to verification and availability.
- If requested, provide any required documentation within 3 days for verification; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Cancellation and Changes:
- Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 1 working day before the reservation date.
- A no-show will result in the forfeiture of the redemption.
- Dining Conditions:
