PDRM Lawsuit Discount 2023. The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) announced that they will offer a 50 percent discount to all traffic ticket payers at the Jalan Tun HS Lee Traffic Police Station, Kuala Lumpur from 10 January to 12 January 2023, from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
This is an effort to encourage citizens to comply with existing traffic laws and reduce the financial burden that people experience as a result of traffic summons.

Q: Is it eligible for a discount on reduced charges if payment is made online/myeg?
A: Not eligible (online only through the mybayarsaman application and ok have to be present to get the mybayarsaman discount barcode)
Q: Is it okay if a representative comes to pay the summons?
A: Yes, but for mybayarsaman, it is not possible
Q: What is the payment method?
A: Payment can be made using cash/debit card/credit card. However, the admin encourages paying in cash to avoid problems during payment (merchant payment terminal if using a debit/credit card)
Q: How does a suit qualify for a discount?
A: You can refer to the attachment that the admin shared below.
Q: How will the process of reducing the suit be carried out?
A: Members of the public who want to make a payment need to review the summons first, then amend the summons and then pay the summons.
Q: Is this summons payment discount only PDRM summons?
A: For PDRM summons only. Other agency suits are not included.
Q: Is it okay if I want to pay a foreign summons from Kuala Lumpur?
A: Yes, you can. Summons throughout Malaysia are eligible for this summons reduction.
