Q1 What is this promotion?
Users who activate Auto Payment with minimum payment of RM50 in a single transaction via Touch ‘n Go eWallet “Bills” function are eligible to receive RM5 cashback.
Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
This promotion is valid from 24 September 2022 until 31 December 2021, limited to the first 30,000 eligible transactions each month throughout the promotion period. The promotion will cease once the cashback have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
All users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet who activated a bill Auto Payment on Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s “Bills” function and comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion.
Q4 How can I activate Auto Payment?
Users can select any of the billers under “Categories”, key in Account Number and pay amount, and “Pay”. To enable Auto Payment, users can go to “Recent / Saved Bill”, select any biller and “Schedule Now”.
Q5 When will I receive the cashback?
The RM5 cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet in the following second and third month, after the eligible transaction date, on the condition that Auto Payment function is still activated.
