1. Users who make a minimum spend of RM10.00 in a single transaction on Redbus via Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code “RBXTNGD” during the promotion period will be able to enjoy a RM5.00 discount.
2. This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on Redbus’s own application
3. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.
4. Only ONE (1) promo code may be used at a time, and “RBXTNGD” promo code must be entered upon checkout to be effective.

The Promotion Period is from 1 September 2022 until 30 September 2022, both dates inclusive.
The RM5.00 discount is limited to first 6,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the “RBXTNGD” promo code have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
Users who make a minimum spend of RM10.00 in a single transaction on Redbus via Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code “RBXTNGD” during the promotion period.
Q4 Is the promotion valid on all Redbus platforms?
This promotion is only valid for purchases made on Redbus found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on Redbus’s own application.
Q5 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?
Each Touch ‘n Go eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the RM5.00 discount ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.
Q6 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
The RM5 discount is limited to first 6,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the “RBXTNGD” promo code have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
Q7 When will I receive the discount?
The discount will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.
Q8 Who should I contact if the promotion does not work as expected?
Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact Redbus via email at press@redbus.com.
