Class details
- Pre-class preparation:
- Do not consume food at least 1 to 2 hours before class. Easily digestible foods are recommended for meals prior to session.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hot pilates class required at least 4 litres of water per day for body maintenance.
- Cut down on caffeinated drinks and proccessed food before class a s it will affect the body’s tolerance towards heat.
What to bring to class?
- Two (2) large towels for hot pilates class.
- Non-slip socks for Xtend Barre Class (available for purchase at studio)
- Drinking water
- Dresscode: Dress as lightly as possible (avoid T-shirts as they are bulky)
- Tank tops, exercise tops, and shorts are acceptable for men and women.
