You can only buy from the store and use your valid UOB credit or debit card to pay.
This promotion is redeemable any day of the week including weekends, school and public holidays.
Pre-booking is required.
Vouchers are applicable for one time use only and all flights are to be used up in the booked session. No carrying forward of any flights is allowed.
Laced shoes i.e. sneakers, sports shoes are compulsory for all flyers. If you don’t have, you can rent for a small fee.
You must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your booked session for mandatory check-in which includes waiver and COV-19 sign-in.
Any rescheduling with notice less than 5 days will be charge RM20 per person.
There will be no replacement or refund for any expired vouchers, cancellations or late comers.
Proper dressing and behavior must be observed while in the facility.
Smoking or vaping within the facility is strictly prohibited.

Waiver Restrictions
Most people can fly at AirRider if they are generally fit and healthy, however, there are some standard health and physical restrictions below.
3 years old and above.
Not Pregnant.
Not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
Under 105kg if under 180cm,under 115kg if over 180cm.
Not wearing a hard plaster cast.
Does not suffer from any neck, back or heart conditions.
Has not previously suffered a dislocated a shoulder.
Has signed our terms & conditions waiver form.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
