Step 1: Login to Maxis App.
Step 2: Click on Bills > MANAGE DIRECT DEBIT.
Step 3: Choose the respective Account No. from the available list.
Step 4: Key in the mobile no. and your email address.
Step 5: Key in your CIMB Mastercard credit card details and OTP that you’ve received from CIMB.
Sign up via Maxis Self Serve
Step 1: Login to Maxis Self Serve.
Step 2: Select the account and subscription and click on “>” next to the bill amount.
Step 3: Click on “Manage” at the Direct Debit column.
Step 4: Select your account to proceed.
Step 5: Key in your CIMB Mastercard credit card details and OTP that you’ve received from CIMB.
