KL Car Free Morning falls on Awal Muharram. While the roads will be closed as usual from 7am until 9pm, there will be no activities such as flag off, lucky draws, zumba, horse carriage rides, etc. The OCBC Cycle bicycles will continue to be available at Menara OCBC.
