- Present the ticket stubs at GSC Klang Parade box office counter following the movie redemption date and time
Terms and Conditions
- Ticket exchange is based on a first come first serve basis, while stock last
- Each person is allowed to exchange a maximum of 4 tickets only
- Ticket exchanged on the redemption date is for the respective movie
- Tickets cannot be exhanged for cash
- Customers are not allowed to choose their seats
- GSC will not accept any damaged, defected or photocopied paid ticket stubs
- GSC Klang Parade ticket stubs are not allowed to be used for the ticket exchange
- 268 seats available for each movie screening
