Gaming fans in Malaysia have another exciting reason to look forward to November 2026, especially those who have been eagerly waiting for the arrival of Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI). With one of the most anticipated video game releases approaching, CelcomDigi is giving gamers an opportunity to secure their copy ahead of launch, with exclusive pre-order pricing and attractive PlayStation console promotions.

The highlight of this campaign is undoubtedly the GTA VI Standard Edition, which CelcomDigi customers can pre-order for just RM299, compared with its recommended retail price of RM339. That means customers can enjoy RM40 in savings simply by taking advantage of the special pre-order offer.

But the gaming deals do not stop there. Those who are planning to purchase a new PlayStation 5 can also look forward to a PS5 Slim Disc Console bundled with GTA VI for RM2,999. Alternatively, eligible CelcomDigi customers signing up for selected Easy360 packages can receive GTA VI Standard Edition completely free with a qualifying PlayStation 5 purchase.

The promotions coincide with the opening of CelcomDigi’s latest flagship CelcomDigi Store Life at 118 Mall, Menara Merdeka 118, Kuala Lumpur. Whether gamers are looking to secure the upcoming blockbuster, upgrade their gaming equipment or explore other entertainment devices, there are several offers worth checking out.

Here is what Malaysian gamers should know before placing an order.

1. Pre-Order Grand Theft Auto VI for RM299

The biggest attraction is the special pre-order price for GTA VI Standard Edition.

CelcomDigi customers can secure the game for RM299, saving RM40 compared with the standard recommended retail price of RM339. For gamers who have already decided to purchase the game, this is a worthwhile opportunity to save a little money before its official release.

Here are the key details:

• Game: Grand Theft Auto VI Standard Edition
• Promotional pre-order price: RM299
• Non-CelcomDigi customer price: RM339
• Recommended retail price: RM339
• Pre-order starts: 6 November 2026
• Platform: PlayStation 5
• Game format: Digital download code inside the game box
• Pre-order bonus: Vice City Vintage Pack, subject to availability
• Availability: While stocks last

One important detail is that this boxed edition does not contain a physical game disc. Instead, customers will receive a digital download code inside the packaging.

Gamers should also check their PlayStation Network account region before purchasing to ensure that the download code is compatible with their account.

Interested customers can place their orders through the official CelcomDigi online store:

2. Get a PlayStation 5 + GTA VI Bundle for RM2,999

For gamers who have not purchased a PlayStation 5 yet, CelcomDigi is also introducing a console and game bundle.

Priced at RM2,999, the package includes a PlayStation 5 Disc Console (Slim) together with GTA VI Standard Edition.

The offer is scheduled to become available from 19 November 2026, making it an interesting option for anyone planning to upgrade their gaming setup around the game’s launch.

Instead of purchasing the console and game separately, buyers can consider getting both through one package. This is particularly convenient for first-time PlayStation owners who want everything ready for their gaming experience.

The bundle includes:

• PlayStation 5 Disc Console (Slim)
• Grand Theft Auto VI Standard Edition
• Promotional bundle price: RM2,999
• Available from: 19 November 2026

Before purchasing, it is worth comparing the bundle price with other retailers to see which option provides the best overall value.

3. Get GTA VI FREE with a Qualifying PS5 Easy360 Purchase

Here is another promotion that may catch the attention of CelcomDigi customers.

Starting 19 November 2026, eligible customers can receive GTA VI Standard Edition completely free when purchasing a qualifying PlayStation 5 Disc Console (Slim) through CelcomDigi Easy360.

To enjoy this offer, customers will need to purchase the qualifying console and subscribe to an eligible CelcomDigi One plan.

This could be an attractive alternative for gamers who prefer paying for their devices through monthly instalments rather than making a large upfront payment.

However, there are a few things worth checking before committing:

• Eligible CelcomDigi One plans
• Monthly device instalments
• Contract duration
• Total amount payable throughout the subscription
• Promotional eligibility and terms
• Availability of the free GTA VI game

Although receiving a free game sounds appealing, customers should calculate the overall cost of the package rather than focusing only on the free item.

4. More Gaming Deals: Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch OLED

PlayStation is not the only gaming platform featured in CelcomDigi’s device promotions.

Nintendo fans can also explore the Easy360 offers for the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch OLED.

The advertised prices are:

Nintendo Switch 2

• Outright price: RM2,288
• Easy360 instalment: From RM35 per month

Nintendo Switch OLED

• Outright price: RM1,288
• Easy360 instalment: From RM1 per month

These options are worth considering for families, casual gamers and Nintendo fans who enjoy playing games at home or while travelling.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is particularly interesting for those looking to experience Nintendo’s newer gaming hardware, while the OLED model remains an option for buyers who prefer the previous-generation console.

Do remember that the advertised monthly instalments are starting prices. The actual payment arrangement depends on the applicable Easy360 terms and eligibility.

5. GTA VI Official Release Date: 19 November 2026

The excitement surrounding these promotions is largely driven by the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto VI.

According to the supplied campaign information, the game is scheduled to launch on 19 November 2026, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S listed as supported launch platforms.

The game is expected to bring players back to the familiar atmosphere of Vice City, with a new storyline and an expansive world to explore.

For long-time GTA fans, this is an important release that many have been anticipating for years.

Those who are planning to purchase the CelcomDigi PlayStation 5 edition should remember that the promotional boxed version comes with a digital download code rather than a physical disc.

8. Why Should Gamers Enjoy These CelcomDigi Promotions?

There are several reasons why this campaign deserves attention, particularly if GTA VI is already on your shopping list.

First, the RM299 pre-order price gives CelcomDigi customers RM40 in savings compared with the standard RM339 price. Although it may not seem like a huge discount, it is still money that can be put towards another game, an additional controller or gaming accessories.

Second, the RM2,999 PS5 and GTA VI bundle provides another option for those who have yet to enter the PlayStation gaming ecosystem.

Third, the free GTA VI offer through qualifying Easy360 purchases could be appealing to customers who prefer spreading out their device payments. Just remember to calculate the complete financial commitment before signing up.

Finally, the additional Nintendo and Play Deals promotions make this campaign more interesting for households with different gaming and entertainment preferences.

The best approach is to compare the available packages, check eligibility and choose the offer that genuinely suits your budget.

EverydayOnSales Verdict: Is the CelcomDigi GTA VI Promotion Worth It?

Overall, CelcomDigi’s gaming campaign offers several interesting choices for Malaysian gamers ahead of the GTA VI launch.

If you are already a CelcomDigi customer, the RM299 GTA VI Standard Edition pre-order is an easy option to consider, especially with RM40 in savings.

If you are planning to purchase a PlayStation 5, the RM2,999 console and game bundle deserves a price comparison against other retailers. Meanwhile, the free GTA VI Easy360 offer could be attractive if the monthly instalments and eligible postpaid plan fit your budget.

Nintendo fans can also explore the Switch 2 and Switch OLED offers rather than limiting their shopping to PlayStation products.

The most important thing is to choose a promotion based on your actual gaming needs and overall budget. A good deal should save you money without leaving you with unnecessary monthly commitments.

With GTA VI scheduled to arrive on 19 November 2026, gamers have a reason to start preparing their gaming setups.
