Shopping for fresh groceries, quality seafood and everyday essentials can be even more rewarding when there are complimentary gifts and special shopping promotions to enjoy. For shoppers around Kuala Lumpur, Village Grocer @ 118 Mall is bringing a series of exciting opening promotions that give customers more reasons to visit, stock up on their favourite products and enjoy additional rewards along the way.

Running from 2 November to 31 December 2026, the promotions include free product redemptions, exclusive Bites Members rewards and a special RM10 cash voucher for opening-day shoppers. There are also selected redemption opportunities featuring imported Norwegian Atlantic salmon, assorted jam, instant vermicelli and crispy rolls.

Whether shoppers are planning their weekly grocery run, looking for quality ingredients for home-cooked meals or simply curious about the new Village Grocer outlet, these offers are worth checking out. With several complimentary gifts available on selected dates, customers can make their grocery shopping more worthwhile while supplies last.

Discover Fresh Seafood at Village Grocer @ 118 Mall

One of the highlights of the opening celebrations is the seafood promotion, particularly for customers who enjoy preparing fresh seafood at home.

Village Grocer is offering shoppers a chance to receive one FREE whole Fresh Norwegian Atlantic Salmon weighing approximately 3–4kg with a minimum spending of RM350 on fresh seafood products.

This promotion is particularly attractive for families and seafood lovers who regularly purchase fresh fish for their meals. Norwegian Atlantic salmon is a popular choice for its rich flavour and versatility. It can be prepared in several ways, including pan-searing, baking, grilling or making homemade salmon dishes for the family.

Instead of spending extra on a whole salmon, eligible shoppers can enjoy this complimentary gift when they meet the qualifying seafood spending requirement.

There is another convenient benefit worth mentioning. Customers do not have to worry about preparing the whole fish themselves, as Village Grocer will provide several cutting and preparation services according to their preferences.

Available preparation options include:

• Cleaning and degutting

• Block cut

• Butterfly cut

• Fillet cut

This makes the offer even more appealing because customers can request the preparation style that suits their cooking plans.

However, shoppers should take note that the free salmon redemption is limited to only 20 redemptions per day. Those interested in taking advantage of this offer should plan their shopping trip early, as the limited allocation may run out quickly.

Enjoy Free Gifts with Selected Minimum Spending

Apart from the seafood promotion, Village Grocer @ 118 Mall is also introducing several complimentary product giveaways throughout November.

These promotions allow customers to receive selected grocery products without additional charges when they fulfil the minimum spending requirements on the respective dates.

Here is a closer look at the upcoming offers.

5 November 2026 – FREE Chiaverini Jam Assorted 320g

Customers who spend a minimum of RM100 can receive one FREE Chiaverini Jam Assorted 320g.

This is a nice little grocery reward for shoppers who enjoy having jam at home. Whether it is for breakfast toast, sandwiches or a quick afternoon snack, a complimentary jar of jam is a practical addition to the kitchen.

The redemption is limited to 100 units per day, so customers should avoid leaving their shopping until the last minute.

6 November 2026 – FREE Fresh Norwegian Atlantic Salmon 3–4kg

Seafood lovers have another opportunity to enjoy the complimentary whole Norwegian Atlantic salmon.

Customers who spend at least RM350 on fresh seafood products will qualify for one FREE whole Fresh Norwegian Atlantic Salmon weighing approximately 3–4kg.

As with the earlier seafood promotion, the fish can be prepared through the available cleaning, degutting, block-cut, butterfly-cut or fillet-cut services.

Only 20 redemptions are available per day, making this one of the more limited offers during the promotion period.

12 November 2026 – FREE Mama Vege Green Tomyam Bean Vermicelli with Oat Milk 78g

For customers who enjoy convenient meals and trying different flavours, this giveaway offers one FREE Mama Vege Green Tomyam Bean Vermicelli with Oat Milk 78g.

A minimum spending of RM100 is required to qualify.

With 200 redemptions available per day, this promotion gives shoppers another opportunity to bring home an additional grocery item while completing their regular shopping.

19 November 2026 – FREE HY Grain Crispy Roll Original 50g

The final highlighted November giveaway features one FREE HY Grain Crispy Roll Original 50g.

Customers simply need to spend a minimum of RM100 to qualify for the complimentary snack.

With 200 redemptions available per day, this is another worthwhile opportunity for shoppers who are already planning to purchase groceries at Village Grocer.

Remember that each giveaway is tied to its respective promotion date, so customers should check the requirements before making their purchases.

Opening-Day Shoppers Can Enjoy a FREE RM10 Cash Voucher

There is another reward for those who visited Village Grocer @ 118 Mall during its opening celebrations.

Eligible opening-day shoppers can enjoy a FREE RM10 Cash Voucher, which is available for redemption from 2–8 November 2026.

This is a useful little reward for customers who would like to return for another grocery shopping trip. Rather than making a single visit, shoppers have an additional reason to come back and enjoy some savings on their next purchase.

However, customers should check the voucher’s terms and conditions, including any applicable spending requirements, redemption instructions and validity restrictions before using it.

Since the voucher redemption period is relatively short, eligible customers should remember to redeem it before 8 November 2026.

Bites Members Can Receive an Exclusive Foldable Shopping Bag

For regular Village Grocer customers, the Bites Members promotion is another offer worth considering.

From 2 November until 31 December 2026, Bites Members who spend RM180 or more in a single receipt can receive one FREE Village Grocer @ 118 Mall exclusive foldable shopping bag featuring an iconic Malaysian food pouch design.

This is a particularly interesting reward because the shopping bag is not just a complimentary grocery accessory. Its Malaysian food-inspired design also gives it a distinctive appearance that shoppers may enjoy collecting or using during their future shopping trips.

A foldable shopping bag is practical for everyday use, especially for customers who frequently purchase groceries and prefer bringing their own reusable bags.

There are a few important conditions to remember:

• A minimum spending of RM180 is required in a single receipt.

• The offer is exclusively for Bites Members.

• Each customer is entitled to one redemption only.

• Bag designs are distributed randomly.

• The promotion is available from 2 November to 31 December 2026.

• Redemptions are limited to 5,000 units in total.

Since the promotion has a limited allocation, interested shoppers should not wait until the final days of December to participate.

Why Should You Visit Village Grocer @ 118 Mall?

There are several reasons why this promotion deserves a place on the shopping calendar.

First, customers can enjoy complimentary grocery products when they meet the minimum spending requirements. Instead of making separate purchases just to qualify, shoppers can plan their regular grocery shopping around the promotional dates and select products they genuinely need.

Second, the free Norwegian Atlantic salmon promotion is particularly attractive for seafood lovers. Receiving a whole 3–4kg salmon with qualifying fresh seafood purchases, together with available preparation services, offers an interesting opportunity for families who enjoy cooking fresh seafood dishes.

Third, the RM10 cash voucher gives eligible opening-day shoppers another reason to return, while Bites Members can enjoy an exclusive foldable shopping bag with a minimum RM180 purchase.

Most importantly, the different promotional dates provide several opportunities to enjoy the offers throughout November and December rather than limiting everything to one opening weekend.

For the best shopping experience, customers should plan their purchases according to the promotion schedule, check the minimum spending conditions and arrive early for limited-quantity gifts.

It is also advisable to keep receipts and confirm redemption procedures with the store staff before completing payment. This can help avoid misunderstandings about eligibility and ensure customers know exactly how to claim their complimentary items.

Do remember that the free gifts are subject to availability, and some promotions have particularly small daily allocations.

If shoppers are already visiting 118 Mall, stopping by Village Grocer is a worthwhile addition to their trip. They can explore the fresh food selection, shop for household essentials and enjoy the available opening promotions at the same time.

Overall, Village Grocer @ 118 Mall’s opening promotions offer a nice combination of grocery savings, complimentary products and member-exclusive rewards. Whether it is the free salmon, assorted jam, convenient food products or Malaysian-inspired shopping bag, there is something interesting for different types of shoppers.

Mark the promotional dates, prepare the shopping list and make the most of these limited-time rewards while they are available.
