• This promotion is open to all Genting Rewards Card members. Payment MUST be made via Credit Card only.
• This promotion is applicable on Tuesday till Thursday (LOW & SHOULDER season only).
  **Rooms at First World Hotel – RM50 for LOW season/RM80 for SHOULDER season for either 1 room 2 nights or 2 rooms 1 night**
• Each member is allowed to book a maximum of two (2) rooms per stay date under promotional rates and subject to room availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The room reservation is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email when full payment being made . If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact the WorldReservations Centre via e-mail at egwc@rwgenting.com or call +603 2718 1118.
• Members are required to present their original Genting Rewards Card, original Identity Card (IC)/Passport, and reservation confirmation slip upon check-in at the hotel.
• Should any discrepancy arise with regard to the details in any of the above documents, the reservation will be treated as invalid and no refund will be entertained.
• Effective 17th February 2015, a minimum surcharge of RM15 is chargeable for any special request(s) that is not in your original booking such as connecting rooms, specific room number/location, room with view, and Queen/Twin bedded rooms (subject to room availability).
