Shop More and Pay Less for Parking at LaLaport BBCC with 3 Hours of FREE Parking!

Planning a shopping trip to Kuala Lumpur? Here is some good news for shoppers who enjoy visiting LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC). From 1 November until 31 December 2026, members of the Mitsui Shopping Park App can enjoy 3 hours of FREE parking when they spend a minimum of RM50 in a single same-day receipt at any participating store in the mall.

Parking fees can sometimes add up, especially when shoppers plan to spend several hours exploring a shopping mall. Whether it is a quick shopping trip, a family outing, a meal with friends or simply enjoying some leisure time, having to pay for parking is an additional expense that many visitors would rather avoid.

Fortunately, this limited-time parking promotion at LaLaport BBCC gives shoppers an opportunity to enjoy more time at the mall without worrying about the first three hours of parking charges. All they need to do is meet the minimum spending requirement and present their Mitsui Shopping Park App Member ID at one of the designated redemption counters.

The promotion is available on weekdays, making it particularly useful for people who prefer shopping during quieter periods rather than dealing with the usual weekend crowds.

How to Enjoy 3 Hours of FREE Parking at LaLaport BBCC

Getting the complimentary parking benefit is relatively straightforward. Shoppers simply need to make a qualifying purchase and complete the redemption process before leaving the mall.

Here is what visitors need to do:

1. Spend a Minimum of RM50

Shop at any store in LaLaport BBCC and accumulate at least RM50 in a single same-day receipt. The minimum spending requirement must be fulfilled within one transaction receipt, so shoppers should take note that separate receipts may not qualify as one combined purchase.

2. Enjoy Your First 3 Hours of FREE Parking

Once the minimum spending requirement has been met, eligible Mitsui Shopping Park App members can redeem their first three hours of parking free of charge.

This is a useful saving for anyone planning to spend a few hours browsing the shops, enjoying a meal or catching up with friends.

3. Pay Only RM2 for Every Subsequent Hour

For visitors who decide to stay longer than three hours, there is still another benefit to enjoy. Every subsequent hour of parking costs only RM2 or part thereof.

This means shoppers can take their time without facing the usual concern of expensive parking charges accumulating throughout their visit.

For example, someone who spends around four hours at the mall can enjoy the first three hours free and pay RM2 for the additional hour, subject to the promotion’s terms and conditions.

Where to Redeem the FREE Parking Benefit?

After completing the qualifying purchase, shoppers must bring their parking ticket or card together with their Mitsui Shopping Park App Member ID to either of the following redemption locations:

• Information Counter, Ground Floor (GF)
• Carpark Office, Level LG2

Both locations are designated for the parking promotion redemption process.

Remember not to leave the mall without completing the redemption. Keep the parking ticket or card safely with you and make sure the necessary verification is completed at the counter.

It is also advisable to allow a little extra time for the redemption process, particularly when visiting during busier periods.

Not a Mitsui Shopping Park App Member Yet?

There is still time to become a member and enjoy the shopping privileges offered through the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App.

Visitors who have not registered can download the app and sign up to become members. Having the app membership ready before visiting should make it easier to enjoy eligible promotions and benefits.

Besides this parking offer, checking the app regularly is a good way to stay informed about shopping privileges, mall campaigns and other available rewards.

For regular visitors to LaLaport BBCC, having access to these membership benefits can make future shopping trips even more worthwhile.

Why Should Shoppers Visit LaLaport BBCC During This Promotion?

LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre is a shopping destination where visitors can combine shopping, dining and leisure activities in one convenient location.

Rather than rushing through a shopping trip, visitors can use the complimentary three-hour parking benefit to enjoy a more relaxed experience. They can browse different stores, look for fashion bargains, shop for everyday necessities, enjoy a meal or simply spend quality time with family and friends.

The RM50 minimum spending requirement is also relatively accessible for shoppers who already intend to make purchases. Instead of spending unnecessarily just to qualify, visitors can plan their shopping list beforehand and use their regular purchases to meet the qualifying amount.

For example, shoppers could purchase clothing, household essentials, accessories or other items they genuinely need. Once their single receipt reaches RM50, they can proceed with the parking redemption, provided they meet the membership and promotion requirements.

Another reason to take advantage of this offer is the additional savings for those who stay beyond the complimentary parking period. With subsequent parking charged at only RM2 per hour or part thereof, visitors can enjoy greater flexibility when planning their day.

Weekday shopping can also be a pleasant alternative for those who have flexible schedules. Monday to Friday visits may offer a different shopping experience compared with weekends, allowing shoppers to explore the mall at their own pace.

Whether visiting alone, shopping with a partner or bringing the whole family along, saving on parking is always a welcome bonus.

Important Things to Remember Before Visiting

Although the promotion sounds simple, shoppers should pay attention to the eligibility requirements to avoid disappointment.

First, the offer is exclusively available to Mitsui Shopping Park App members. Visitors should ensure they have registered and can present their membership ID when redeeming the benefit.

Second, the minimum purchase must be RM50 in a single same-day receipt from any store. Keep the original receipt and parking ticket or card ready for verification.

Third, the promotion is available only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 10PM. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

The campaign runs from 1 November until 31 December 2026, so shoppers should plan their visits within this promotional period.

As terms and conditions apply, visitors are encouraged to check the official announcement or contact the mall for clarification if they are unsure about eligibility or redemption procedures.
