Chicken rice lovers in Malaysia have a tasty reason to look forward to their next meal! Nam Heong Chicken Rice is offering a limited-time Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion through Foodpanda from 20 to 23 October 2026. This is a great opportunity for fans of this popular comfort food to enjoy more of their favourite chicken rice without paying for two portions at the regular price.

Whether white-cut chicken rice is your usual choice or you prefer the roasted version with its deliciously browned skin, this promotion is worth checking out. With two portions available for the price of one on selected items, it could be a convenient way to stretch your food budget while enjoying a satisfying meal at home, at work or wherever Foodpanda delivers.

The promotion runs over four days, with different eligibility periods for Foodpanda PRO members and other users. If chicken rice is already on your meal plan, this could be the perfect time to make your money go a little further.

Nam Heong Chicken Rice Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion: More Chicken Rice for Your Money

Eating out and ordering food online can become expensive, especially when buying meals for two people or an entire household. Finding a worthwhile food promotion can make a difference, and Nam Heong Chicken Rice’s Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer gives customers an opportunity to enjoy an additional portion without paying the full price for another qualifying item.

Instead of ordering just one serving, eligible customers can take advantage of this deal to get two portions of selected chicken rice items for the price of one. It is particularly appealing to anyone who enjoys a hearty lunch or dinner but still wants to keep an eye on daily spending.

The offer is also useful for people who regularly order meals with family members, friends or colleagues. Rather than placing separate orders and paying for two individual meals, customers can check whether the promotion allows them to order the qualifying items together. If the available selections and ordering conditions suit their needs, the deal could offer a more economical way to enjoy lunch or dinner.

As with any limited-time promotion, customers should check the final order summary on Foodpanda before paying to confirm that the free item has been applied correctly.

Two Chicken Rice Favourites to Look Out For

One of the highlights of this promotion is the opportunity to enjoy selected Nam Heong Chicken Rice favourites, including white-cut chicken rice and roast chicken rice.

White-cut chicken rice is a classic choice for anyone who enjoys tender chicken with a delicate flavour. Paired with fragrant rice and the usual accompanying sauces, it makes a comforting meal that is suitable for lunch or dinner. Its straightforward flavours also make it a popular option for those who prefer something satisfying without an overly rich or heavily seasoned taste.

Roast chicken rice, on the other hand, is ideal for customers who enjoy chicken with a more pronounced roasted flavour. The browned skin and savoury taste offer a different experience from the white-cut version, making it an appealing alternative for those who prefer a richer-tasting chicken rice meal.

Having these two varieties featured in the promotion gives chicken rice fans a reason to explore the available options. However, the offer applies only to selected items, so customers should not assume that every dish on the Nam Heong Chicken Rice menu is included.

Before placing an order, open Foodpanda, search for Nam Heong Chicken Rice and review the eligible items displayed in the app. This is the easiest way to determine which dishes qualify and whether the promotion is available at the outlet serving your location.

When Can You Enjoy the Promotion?

The four-day promotion is divided into two periods, depending on whether customers are Foodpanda PRO members.

20–21 October 2026: Foodpanda PRO users only

Customers with eligible Foodpanda PRO accounts can take advantage of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer during the first two days, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. If you already have an eligible PRO membership, this is the time to check the app and see which Nam Heong Chicken Rice items are included.

22–23 October 2026: Available to all Foodpanda users

The promotion opens to all Foodpanda users during the final two days. This means customers who are not PRO members can also check whether they can enjoy the deal on 22 or 23 October.

If you do not have PRO membership, make a note of the final two days so you do not miss the opportunity. There is no need to assume that the offer is available to everyone from the beginning, as the stated eligibility periods are different.

Since this is a short promotion, it is sensible to check the app early during your eligible period. The availability of qualifying items may vary, and customers should review the latest offer details shown on Foodpanda before ordering.

How to Claim the Nam Heong Chicken Rice Deal on Foodpanda

Getting started is straightforward, even if you do not regularly use food delivery apps.

First, open the Foodpanda app on your mobile device. Enter your delivery address if necessary, then search for Nam Heong Chicken Rice to find the outlet serving your area.

Next, browse the menu for the selected chicken rice items included in the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion. Check the offer description carefully, as the promotion is not necessarily applicable to the entire menu.

Add the qualifying item to your order and follow the promotion instructions displayed in the app. Depending on how the offer is configured, the free portion may be applied automatically or may require customers to select the eligible promotional option.

Before completing payment, review your basket and check the displayed prices, quantities, discounts and any applicable delivery or service charges. This helps you understand the final amount payable and confirm that the offer has been applied as expected.

Finally, complete your order through Foodpanda if the promotion is available and the terms suit your needs.

Why Should You Take Advantage of This Deal?

There are several reasons why this promotion deserves a place on your food-deal list.

First, it offers a practical way to save on a familiar favourite. Chicken rice is a convenient meal for many occasions, and getting an additional qualifying portion for free can make the order more worthwhile than purchasing two portions separately at their regular prices.

Second, it is suitable for sharing. If you live with family, share a meal with a partner or want to order lunch with a colleague, the extra portion could help you serve another person. You can also consider it when planning a simple meal at home, provided the eligible portion sizes and available menu options meet your needs.

Third, the promotion gives customers a chance to enjoy different chicken rice varieties when the eligible selection allows it. Whether you prefer white-cut chicken or roasted chicken, checking the menu during the promotional period could help you discover an option that suits your taste.

Finally, the short promotional window makes it worth planning ahead. PRO members have access from 20 to 21 October, while all Foodpanda users can participate from 22 to 23 October 2026. Knowing these dates in advance can help you avoid missing the offer simply because you checked too late.

Remember that Buy 1 Get 1 Free does not necessarily mean the entire delivery order is free of additional charges. Delivery fees, service fees, minimum spending requirements or other conditions may apply depending on the order and the terms displayed in the app. Compare the final payable amount before deciding whether the deal offers good value for you.
