If you love Korean street food, especially a bowl of spicy, chewy tteokbokki, here is a delicious deal to look forward to this October. emart24 Malaysia is making snack time even more exciting with a special promotion that lets customers enjoy a FREE Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve Cup worth RM4.20 when they purchase any Regular or XL Tteokbokki.
Running from 14 to 31 October 2026, except Tuesdays, this offer is a tempting reason to visit emart24 for a quick Korean-inspired food break. Whether you are craving something spicy after work, looking for an afternoon snack, or planning a casual food stop with friends, this promotion gives you an extra treat without having to pay separately for the ice cream.
The idea behind this deal is simple but appealing. Enjoy the savoury, spicy flavours of Korean tteokbokki, then cool things down with a creamy Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve. It is a combination that could make an ordinary snack break feel a little more special, particularly for anyone who enjoys trying different flavours.
Best of all, the complimentary soft serve is worth RM4.20, giving customers an additional treat with their qualifying purchase. If you have been planning to try emart24’s tteokbokki, this October promotion is a good opportunity to enjoy it with something sweet on the side.
What Is the emart24 Tteokbokki Promotion About?
For this limited-time promotion, customers who purchase any Regular or XL Tteokbokki can receive one FREE Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve Cup worth RM4.20.
Tteokbokki is a popular Korean street food made with chewy rice cakes, commonly served in a spicy, savoury sauce. It has become a familiar favourite among fans of Korean food, thanks to its distinctive texture and satisfying flavour. For those who enjoy Korean dramas, variety shows and food culture, tteokbokki may already be a must-try snack.
The complimentary dessert makes the experience even more interesting. Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve offers a different flavour profile from the spicy dish, providing a sweet, creamy option to round off the meal.
Customers can choose either the Regular or XL Tteokbokki for the qualifying purchase. This gives shoppers some flexibility depending on their appetite. If you only need a quick snack, the Regular option may be suitable, while the XL serving could be worth considering when you are hungrier.
The important thing to remember is that the free soft serve is tied to the purchase of qualifying tteokbokki. It is not a standalone giveaway, so make sure you order the required item to enjoy the offer.
When Can You Enjoy This Free Dessert Deal?
The emart24 promotion runs from 14 October until 31 October 2026, with Tuesdays excluded.
That means customers have a little over two weeks to plan a visit and enjoy this food deal. However, because the offer is not available every day, it is worth checking the calendar before heading to a participating outlet.
If you are planning to visit with friends, arrange your food stop on an eligible day so everyone can make the most of the promotion. You could even turn it into a casual Korean snack date, especially if your group enjoys sampling convenience-store food and desserts.
As the offer is available while stocks last, visiting earlier during the promotional period may be a sensible choice. The complimentary soft serve may not remain available throughout the entire campaign if stocks run out.
Customers should also check with their preferred emart24 outlet for the latest information about participation and availability.
How to Redeem Your FREE Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve
Redeeming the offer is straightforward, but there is one important requirement: customers must present their emart24 Membership QR Code in-store.
Here is how to make the most of the promotion:
Step 1: Visit emart24 on an eligible date.
Plan your visit between 14 and 31 October 2026, excluding Tuesdays. Check the date before setting off to avoid missing the offer.
Step 2: Purchase your favourite tteokbokki.
Order either the Regular or XL Tteokbokki. Both sizes qualify for the complimentary soft serve according to the promotion announcement.
Step 3: Show your emart24 Membership QR Code.
Have your membership QR Code ready and present it in-store to redeem the offer. If you are unsure how to access your code, check the emart24 membership platform or ask the store staff for assistance.
Step 4: Enjoy your free dessert.
Once the qualifying purchase and redemption requirements have been met, enjoy your Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve Cup worth RM4.20, subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions.
It is a simple way to add a dessert to your food order without paying an additional RM4.20 for the promotional item.
Can You Order for Delivery or Pick-Up?
There is another useful detail for customers who prefer not to dine in or spend time at the store. According to the promotion announcement, the offer is also available for delivery and pick-up.
This could make the deal more convenient for people who want to enjoy a quick meal at home, have a snack during a busy workday, or collect their order while running errands.
However, the announcement specifically mentions flashing the emart24 Membership QR Code in-store to redeem the promotion. Customers planning to order through delivery or pick-up should therefore confirm how the free soft serve is applied to their order and whether the offer is supported by their chosen ordering channel.
Do not assume that every delivery platform automatically includes the complimentary dessert. Checking the applicable redemption process before placing an order can help avoid disappointment.
Why Should You Visit emart24 for This October Promotion?
There are several reasons why this deal deserves a place on your October food list, especially if you enjoy Korean-inspired snacks.
1. Get an extra treat worth RM4.20
The biggest attraction is the free Bora Taro Yam Soft Serve Cup. Customers already planning to purchase qualifying tteokbokki can enjoy an additional dessert without paying its stated RM4.20 value separately, provided they meet the redemption requirements.
It is a straightforward way to get more out of your food purchase.
2. Enjoy a sweet and spicy combination
Spicy rice cakes and creamy soft serve offer contrasting flavours and textures. If you enjoy pairing savoury snacks with desserts, this promotion gives you a convenient opportunity to try the combination.
The dessert also provides a sweet finish to your snack break, making the overall experience feel more complete.
3. Choose the portion that suits your appetite
With both Regular and XL Tteokbokki qualifying for the offer, you can select a serving according to how hungry you are. Whether you want a quick bite or something more substantial, there is flexibility in your choice.
Remember to check the individual menu prices before ordering if you want to compare the overall value.
4. Make an ordinary snack break more enjoyable
You do not always need a special occasion to enjoy good food. A quick visit to emart24 can be an easy way to take a break from work, meet a friend, or satisfy a craving for Korean street food.
The complimentary dessert adds a little extra enjoyment without requiring a separate purchase of the soft serve.
5. Enjoy a limited-time offer before it ends
The campaign ends on 31 October 2026, excluding Tuesdays throughout the promotional period. Customers who are interested should plan ahead rather than leave their visit until the final days, particularly because the offer is available while stocks last.
Limited-time food promotions can be a useful opportunity to try menu items you have been curious about while receiving an additional benefit with your purchase.
