Friday is a little easier to look forward to when there is a sweet treat waiting at the end of the week. If you are looking for a simple way to enjoy more pastries without spending as much, Komugi Malaysia has a tempting Friday offer worth checking out.

Starting from 8 October 2026 onwards, Komugi is offering a Buy 1 FREE 1 promotion on selected pastries every Friday, giving customers the chance to take home two qualifying pastries while paying for just one. The promotion is available from 10am to 7pm, making it convenient whether you are planning an early morning treat, picking something up during lunch, or stopping by after work.

There is one important condition to remember, though. This promotion is exclusively available to Treats Time App Wallet members, so shoppers will need to have the relevant membership before they can enjoy the offer. The promotion is also limited to one free pastry per receipt.

For pastry lovers, this could be an easy excuse to make Friday a regular Komugi day.

A Buy 1 FREE 1 treat for Fridays

Buy 1 FREE 1 promotions can be especially appealing because they make it possible to get a little more from the same shopping trip. Instead of buying a single pastry and calling it a day, customers can enjoy an additional selected pastry without paying for it, subject to the promotion’s terms.

That makes the deal worth considering if you are already planning to visit Komugi for a snack.

Perhaps you want something sweet to go with your morning coffee. Maybe you are looking for an afternoon pick-me-up during a busy working day. Or you could simply be heading home and want to bring a couple of pastries along for the family.

Whatever the reason, Friday’s Buy 1 FREE 1 offer gives customers another reason to include Komugi in their weekly routine.

Of course, it is important to remember that the offer applies to selected pastries, rather than necessarily every pastry available in-store. Customers should check which items are included when making their purchase.

Make Friday your Komugi Day

The idea behind the promotion is simple: turn an ordinary Friday into something a little more enjoyable.

For many people, Friday already feels different from the rest of the working week. There is the excitement of the weekend approaching, plans to make and, perhaps, a little more time to relax. Adding a favourite pastry to the day can be a small but enjoyable way to celebrate getting through another week.

With the promotion running from 10am until 7pm every Friday, customers also have plenty of flexibility when deciding when to visit.

Those who are out early can drop by in the morning, while office workers may prefer to visit around lunchtime. If neither works, there is still an opportunity to stop by later in the afternoon or before 7pm.

That wider time window is useful because not everyone follows the same Friday schedule.

A good excuse to share

There is another reason this promotion may be worth considering: pastries are often more enjoyable when shared.

Since the deal is Buy 1 FREE 1, customers could choose two selected pastries and share the extra one with a friend, colleague or family member. It could be a small surprise for someone who has had a long week, or simply a way to enjoy a snack together.

Alternatively, customers who have a particular favourite can use the promotion as an opportunity to bring one home for later.

However, the one free pastry per receipt limit means shoppers should keep the promotion’s conditions in mind. It is not an unlimited Buy 1 FREE 1 offer, so it is best to check the terms before placing an order.

Remember the Treats Time App Wallet requirement

One of the most important details of this offer is the membership requirement.

The promotion is exclusive to Treats Time App Wallet members, meaning customers should make sure they are eligible before visiting the outlet specifically for the deal. If you regularly purchase from participating food and beverage brands or enjoy keeping track of app-based promotions, having the relevant membership can be useful.

Komugi is also encouraging customers to download its app to keep up with its latest news. For regular customers, this can be a convenient way to stay informed about future promotions, new products and other offers.

It is always worth checking the latest information before heading out, particularly because promotional conditions, participating items and availability can change.

Why should you go for this deal?

There are plenty of reasons to consider making a Komugi stop on Friday.

First, the value is straightforward. A Buy 1 FREE 1 offer means customers can enjoy an additional selected pastry for free when purchasing a qualifying one, subject to the promotion’s terms.

Second, the timing is convenient. The promotion runs from 10am to 7pm, covering several parts of the day instead of being restricted to a short promotional period.

Third, it gives regular Komugi customers something to look forward to each Friday. Rather than waiting for a special occasion to enjoy pastries, this promotion turns an ordinary weekly routine into a chance to enjoy something a little nicer.

It can also be useful for people who are already visiting Komugi. If you are already planning to purchase a pastry, the promotion could make Friday a better day to do it.

Just remember to check that the pastry you choose is included in the promotion and that the purchase meets the requirements for the free item.

A small treat can make a difference

Not every good bargain needs to involve a huge shopping trip or a major discount. Sometimes the best deals are the ones that fit naturally into everyday life.

A pastry on Friday may seem like a small thing, but these little treats can make a busy week feel more rewarding. Whether it is enjoyed during a quiet morning, shared with a colleague or taken home for the family, the Komugi promotion offers an easy way to add something enjoyable to the day.

And because the promotion is available from 8 October 2026 onwards, customers can look forward to checking it out on Fridays rather than having to rush to use a one-day-only special.

For anyone who enjoys Japanese-style pastries and regularly visits Komugi, this is certainly a promotion worth keeping in mind.

Before visiting, make sure to have the Treats Time App Wallet membership, check the selected pastries included in the promotion and remember that the offer is limited to one free pastry per receipt.

If everything lines up, Friday could be the perfect day to pick up two pastries for the price of one.

Final thoughts

Komugi Malaysia’s Friday Buy 1 FREE 1 promotion is the kind of offer that can turn a routine pastry run into a better-value treat. Available every Friday from 10am to 7pm, the promotion gives Treats Time App Wallet members an opportunity to enjoy a free selected pastry when purchasing another qualifying pastry.

Whether you are treating yourself after a long week, sharing with someone else or simply looking for a reason to make Friday a little sweeter, this promotion is worth checking out.

Just remember that the offer is for selected pastries only, is exclusive to Treats Time App Wallet members and is limited to one free pastry per receipt. Customers should also check the latest promotion information before visiting for the most accurate terms and availability.
