If there is one everyday grocery item that can always find a place in the kitchen, it has to be eggs. They are affordable, versatile and useful for everything from a quick breakfast to baking, cooking and preparing meals for the family. So, when a supermarket promotion offers an extra pack of eggs for free, it is certainly worth taking a closer look.

For World Egg Day 2026, QL Eggs is giving Malaysian shoppers a particularly tempting reason to stock up. On Friday, 9 October 2026, shoppers can enjoy a one-day-only promotion where buying one pack of QL Eggs 15’s comes with another pack of 15 eggs FREE.

That means shoppers who purchase one qualifying 15-egg pack will receive an additional 15 eggs at no extra cost, giving them 30 eggs in total. The promotion is available at participating Lotus’s, Everrise and CKS Supermarket outlets across Malaysia, making it a convenient opportunity for households in different parts of the country to take advantage of the offer.

The promotion is tied to World Egg Day, making it a fitting way to celebrate one of the most common and useful ingredients found in Malaysian kitchens. However, this is not an offer that runs for several days. It is specifically advertised as a one-day-only promotion, so shoppers who want to enjoy the free pack will need to plan their grocery trip for 9 October.

Buy One Pack and Get Another Free

The main attraction is very straightforward: buy one QL Eggs 15’s pack and get one additional 15’s pack FREE.

In practical terms, shoppers will walk away with 30 eggs for the price of one qualifying pack. For families that regularly go through eggs, this could be a useful grocery saving. Eggs can be used for breakfast dishes, fried rice, sandwiches, noodles, cakes, desserts and plenty of Malaysian favourites, so having an extra pack at home can make a noticeable difference to the weekly grocery shop.

The offer applies to all QL Eggs 15’s variants, giving shoppers some flexibility when choosing their preferred product. However, there is an important condition to remember: the free pack must be the same variant as the pack purchased.

For example, if a shopper buys one qualifying 15-egg pack of a particular QL Eggs variant, the free pack will need to be the same variant. It is therefore worth checking the product and variant carefully before heading to the checkout.

Available at Lotus’s, Everrise and CKS Supermarket

Another reason this promotion is worth considering is the number of participating retailers. QL Eggs has stated that the offer is available at all Lotus’s, Everrise and CKS Supermarket outlets across Malaysia.

This means shoppers do not necessarily need to make a special trip to a particular location just to find the deal. If one of these supermarket chains is already part of the regular grocery routine, 9 October could be a good opportunity to combine the egg promotion with the rest of the weekly shopping.

For those planning to visit specifically for the promotion, it would still be sensible to go earlier in the day. The offer is subject to availability, and that is particularly important here because the number of promotional sets is limited.

Limited to 100 Sets Per Outlet

This is the part shoppers should pay the most attention to.

Although the promotion is being offered across the participating Lotus’s, Everrise and CKS Supermarket outlets, the free egg packs are limited to 100 sets per outlet.

The promotion is therefore available on a first-come, first-served basis and will only continue while stocks last. Once an outlet has given away its allocated promotional sets, shoppers may no longer be able to enjoy the free pack even though the promotion date has not yet ended.

Because of this limitation, waiting until late in the day could be a gamble. Shoppers who are already planning to buy eggs may want to put this promotion higher on their grocery list and visit their preferred participating outlet earlier on 9 October.

There is no need to buy more than necessary simply because the offer is available, but for households that regularly consume eggs, getting an extra 15 at no additional cost can be a sensible grocery-saving opportunity.

A Handy Deal for Families and Regular Egg Buyers

Eggs are one of those groceries that can disappear surprisingly quickly, especially in larger households. A few eggs may go into breakfast, another couple may be used for lunch or dinner, and before long, another trip to the supermarket is needed.

That makes this type of promotion particularly useful for families, couples who cook regularly, students sharing a home and anyone who frequently uses eggs in their meals.

An extra 15 eggs can also provide a little more flexibility when planning meals for the week. Instead of buying another pack immediately, shoppers can use the promotional eggs for omelettes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, egg sandwiches, fried rice or home baking.

For people who already buy QL Eggs, the deal is even easier to appreciate because there is no need to switch to an unfamiliar product just to receive the promotion.

Why Should You Go for This Deal?

The biggest reason is simple: you are getting an extra 15 eggs for free when purchasing a qualifying 15-egg pack.

That effectively doubles the quantity received from the promotional purchase, making it an attractive opportunity for shoppers who already have eggs on their grocery list.

The promotion is also convenient because it is available at Lotus’s, Everrise and CKS Supermarket outlets across Malaysia. Rather than travelling to a special event or waiting for an online voucher, shoppers can look for the promotion during a normal supermarket visit.

There is also the timing. World Egg Day falls on 9 October, and the promotion gives shoppers a reason to mark the occasion with something genuinely useful rather than simply buying an item for the sake of a celebration.

Of course, the limited quantity means this is not a deal to leave until the last minute. With only 100 promotional sets available per outlet, early shoppers will have a better chance of securing the free pack.

Remember the Important Conditions

Before heading out, shoppers should keep the promotion rules in mind. The offer is available for one day only, on Friday, 9 October 2026. It applies to QL Eggs 15’s variants, while the free pack must match the variant purchased.

Most importantly, the promotion is first come, first served and while stocks last, with the promotion limited to 100 sets per outlet.

So, if eggs are already part of the next grocery shopping list, 9 October could be a good time to make that purchase.

For households that use eggs regularly, getting an additional 15 eggs at no extra cost is the kind of straightforward grocery saving that can be genuinely useful. With participating Lotus’s, Everrise and CKS Supermarket outlets across Malaysia, shoppers have multiple places to look for the promotion.

Just remember that it is a one-day opportunity and the promotional quantity is limited. If the deal sounds worthwhile, going earlier rather than later may be the better strategy.

In short, buy one qualifying QL Eggs 15’s pack, get another 15 eggs free, and enjoy a total of 30 eggs for the price of one pack. That is certainly an egg-cellent reason to plan a grocery trip this World Egg Day.
