Monday does not always have to feel like the hardest day of the week. For bargain hunters, it can actually be a good excuse to make a quick stop at 7-Eleven Malaysia, especially with the return of its Monday Madness Promotion on 5 October 2026.
For one day only, selected 7-Eleven favourites are available at special prices, including Buy 1 Free 1 offers and products starting from just RM1. The promotion covers a mixture of snacks, drinks, desserts, biscuits, bread and convenient ready-to-eat food, so there is a little something for different tastes and different budgets.
If a quick snack run is already part of the Monday routine, this is a good opportunity to pick up a few extra items without spending too much. Rather than paying the usual price for a single item, some of the promotional deals allow shoppers to get more for their money, making it particularly interesting for families, office workers, students and anyone looking for inexpensive treats.
Buy 1 Free 1 deals worth checking
One of the most attractive parts of the Monday Madness Promotion is the Buy 1 Free 1 selection. Selected Delfi Take-it 4F and Yoghurt Berry 35g products are available under the Buy 1 Free 1 offer.
Deals like this can be especially useful when shopping with someone else. Pick up a favourite snack and share the second one, or simply keep the extra item for later. It is also a convenient way to stock up on small treats without having to spend a lot in one go.
There is also a Buy 3 Free 1 offer on Curry Puffs. For shoppers who enjoy having something savoury during the day, this could be a practical choice for sharing with family members or colleagues.
Plenty of affordable food and drinks
Not every Monday Madness deal requires shoppers to buy multiple items. Several products are simply reduced to low promotional prices.
Farm Fresh UHT Milk in Gula Melaka or Taro Ube flavours is available at RM2 each. These flavours offer something a little different from ordinary milk and can make an easy drink for breakfast, an afternoon break or a quick refreshment while out and about.
For something more filling, Golden Chicken Tenders are available at RM7 for three pieces, while Golden Chicken Patty is RM3 each. Hash Browns are even more budget-friendly at RM1 each, making them an easy add-on when grabbing food from the store.
For those with a sweet tooth, Soft Serve Cones are RM1.90 each. At that price, a soft serve can be an inexpensive way to end a quick 7-Eleven food stop, particularly if shoppers are already there to pick up other promotional items.
Snacks starting from just RM1
One of the standout bargains in this promotion is Skittles 15g at only RM1. It is the kind of small purchase that can easily fit into a pocket-money budget, and shoppers can pick one up without having to think too much about the cost.
There are also Lexus biscuits at RM2 each, Jack’n Jill Coaster Canister Assorted 100g at RM5 each and Hanjuku Cheese Original 45g at RM3. Cookies & Cream 45g is available at RM4 each.
For shoppers who prefer something with a little more spice, Samyang Hot Chicken Ramen or Cheese 70g is priced at RM5 each. These are handy options for keeping at home, in a hostel or even in the office for a quick meal when hunger strikes.
Drinks for an easy refreshment
The Monday Madness Promotion also includes several drink choices.
BOOM+ Isotonic Original 500ml is available at RM2, while selected Pokka Tea 500ml varieties are RM3 each. These can be useful choices for shoppers who simply want to grab a cold drink during a busy day without spending too much.
With several low-priced drinks and snacks included in the promotion, it is possible to put together a small refreshment run without stretching the budget. That makes the promotion worth a look even for shoppers who are not planning a major purchase.
Do not overlook the bread and dessert deals
There are also a few deals that could be useful for taking home.
Selected 7-Eleven Swiss Rolls are available at 2 for RM2, which makes them one of the more noticeable value deals in the promotion. Instead of buying just one sweet treat, shoppers can pick up two at a very low promotional price.
Selected Mighty White sliced bread varieties are also available at 2 for RM3. This is arguably one of the more practical offers in the line-up because bread is something that can be used at home rather than simply enjoyed as an occasional snack.
For a quick breakfast or afternoon bite, picking up promotional bread together with milk can also be a simple way to keep the cost of a small meal down.
Why should shoppers enjoy this Monday Madness deal?
The biggest reason to check out the promotion is variety. Monday Madness is not limited to one particular type of product, so shoppers can choose according to what they actually need or enjoy.
Someone looking for a quick snack can go for the RM1 Skittles or RM1.90 Soft Serve Cone. Those wanting something more filling can consider the Golden Chicken Tenders, Hash Brown or Chicken Patty. Families and groups can look at the Buy 1 Free 1 and Buy 3 Free 1 offers, while shoppers stocking up for home can consider the bread, milk and biscuits.
It is also a good promotion for people who like to keep their spending under control. Several deals are priced at RM1, RM2, RM3, RM4 or RM5, so it is easier to choose items according to a set budget.
For example, shoppers with RM10 could mix and match several smaller promotional items instead of spending the whole amount on one product. That flexibility is part of what makes this type of promotion appealing to bargain hunters.
However, it is important to remember that the offers are subject to availability. 7-Eleven has stated that some promotions are available nationwide, while others apply throughout Peninsular Malaysia or only at selected stores. Products are also available while stocks last.
That means shoppers should not leave it too late if there is a particular product they want. The best approach is to check the nearest participating 7-Eleven store early on 5 October and look out for the promotional products available there.
Overall, the 7-Eleven Monday Madness Promotion is a simple way to make an ordinary Monday a little more enjoyable. With Buy 1 Free 1 offers, RM1 bargains and a selection of affordable food, drinks and snacks, there are plenty of reasons to take a look.
Whether it is a quick snack for the afternoon, something to share with friends, a small treat after work or a few practical groceries to bring home, the promotion offers plenty of low-cost choices. For anyone who enjoys finding everyday bargains, 5 October 2026 is a good day to make a quick stop at 7-Eleven Malaysia and see what is available before stocks run out.
