How to Redeem Your Offer
To redeem these offers, cardholders need to make a reservation by calling 1800 886 857. The operating hours for this service are from 9am to 6pm GMT+8 (Malaysia business hours) from Monday to Friday, including public holidays. Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance but no more than 30 working days. An email confirmation will be sent within three working days after booking is made, subject to verification and availability.
In case any supporting documents are requested for verification purposes, they must be submitted within three days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. Changes or cancellations to bookings must be made at least one working day before the reservation day. In the event of a no-show, the redemption will be considered used.
