Steps:
- Register your membership.
- Log in to participate.
- Print out the participation form .
- Mail FreshKon the form together with any product packaging box to claim your complimentary gift.
Terms and Conditions:
- Valid for one (1) person per entry only with original packaging box of any contact lenses.
- All forms which are attached together with the original packaging box of any contact lenses must be received latest by 30 June 2014, after which late submission will not be entertained.
