The cashback to be awarded under this promotion is limited and is capped at RM 150,000 throughout the promotion period, and it will be awarded to the eligible cardmembers on a first come, first served basis. Each eligible cardmember is entitled to one (1) unit of cashback throughout the promotion period.
Terms and Conditions
- Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard® credit card via Apple Pay.
- Promotion is valid from 29 September 2023 until 28 October 2023, subject to cashback availability.
- The qualified transaction shall include all retail spend (refers to any purchase of any goods or services at brick-and-mortar retail stores) and online purchases transacted locally and internationally via Apple Pay with a Maybank Mastercard Credit Card during the promotion period based on local transaction time (Malaysia time).
- The qualified transaction excludes unposted, void, subsequently cancelled or refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.
- The sequence of cashback reward to the eligible cardmembers is in accordance to the merchant settlement time (in Malaysia time) of the qualified transactions recorded in Maybank system. Maybank shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay in the posting of the qualified transactions to the eligible cardmembers’ card account(s) and/or error or omission in the posting of the qualified transactions due to any reasons whatsoever and howsoever arising including but not limited to the delay on the part of the merchant unless the same is due to the gross negligence and/or default of Maybank.
- The cashback will be credited into the card account of the eligible cardmembers within 3 business days after the qualified transaction is being made.
- At the time of the receipt of the cashback, the eligible cardmembers’ card account(s) MUST NOT be delinquent, and/or be invalid or cancelled, otherwise the eligible cardmembers will be disqualified from receiving the cashback.
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions/offers/coupons//vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
