SStwo Mall opened in November 2010 and is positioned as a community mall that cares. It is an ideal platform for the neighbourhood community to get involved in causes close to their hearts. “It’s almost home” is the brand promise to bring consumers comfort and convenience similar to being in one’s own home environment. The mall is accessible through LDP and Jalan Harapan via its two main entrances. The mall constantly collaborates with non-profit organisations (NGOs) to drive awareness programmes in the hope it will lead towards the enrichment and improvement of the community’s lifestyle. It is developed by Asian Retail Mall Fund II and managed by Asia Malls in Malaysia. Spread across an approximated gross floor area of 700,000 square feet with an estimated 200 retail units making up a net lettable area of 470,000 square feet. The mall has 1176 dedicated car park bays (including valet parking) at both entrances.
