Q1 What is this promotion?
Users who make a minimum spend of RM40 in a single transaction at selected cinema’s website or mobile app and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet can get 10% cashback (capped at RM4).
Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
The promotion period is from 15 December 2022 until 31 January 2023, both dates inclusive.
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
Users who make a minimum spend of RM40 in a single transaction at all cinema’s website or mobile app and pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Q4 Is the promotion valid at all cinemas?
Promotion is valid at all GSC, TGV and MBO cinemas in Malaysia and for online purchases only.
Q5 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
The 10% cashback (capped at RM4) is limited to first 25,000 eligible transactions. The promotion will cease once the cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.
Q6 When will I receive the cashback?
The 10% cashback (capped at RM4) will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this promotion.
