How to be eligible for the incentive?
(1) You must be a Private Car Motor Comprehensive policyholder;
(2) You called 1800 18 8033/1800 18 8011 immediately upon accident (not breakdown);
(3) Rakan Auto has verified the necessary details via your phone call with them; and
(4) Your car has been towed by Rakan Auto towing truck.
