4. Ha’Labo customer is required to complete the treatment application form prior to the Signature Scalp treatments and will be assist by Ha’Labo’s staff accordingly .
5. Offer is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other products/ treatments/ services.

7. Prior appointment of at least 3 days in advance is required and subject to availability on first come first served basis. Please call the respective outlet of your choice for an appointment.
8. All Treatments need to be redeemed within 1 month’s period from appointment date.
9. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made within 24Hrs of the scheduled appointment
