Terms and conditions
– This Offer is organized by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”).
– Offer is valid from 1 December 2021 till 28 February 2022.
– Citi cardmembers will stand a chance to win one *prize with min. RM3,000 spend in Senheng during the campaign period
– Winners will be determined by the total number of qualified entries received during the Campaign Period and shortlisted via Senheng’s randomizer programme.
– There will be 16 prizes [comprising of 6 units of Sony Smart TV (55 inch) and 10 units Apple IPad Mini (64GB, Wi-Fi)] to be won.
– Offer is valid for normal sales transaction (full amount charged) or Citi 0% Easy Pay Plan (EPP). EPP is only applicable to Citi Credit Card transactions.
– Payment must be made with a valid Malaysia- issued Citi Credit Card or Debit Card in a single receipt.
– Offer is valid at Senheng outlets & Senheng online store at https://www.senheng.com.my/
– All sales will be subject to applicable service charge and prevailing government taxes.
– Offer or gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
– Each participant is only entitled to win one prize throughout the Offer period.
– The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
– The winner will be announced within 90 days from the end of Campaign Period via Organizer’s official email/SMS and/or phone call from Citi/the Organizer.
– Citibank is not an agent of the Organizer, merchant, their subsidiaries or affiliates. Citibank makes no representation, warranties, endorsement as to the quality or merchantability quality or fitness for any goods or services provided by the merchants/Organizer.
– By accepting the prize, customer hereby confirmed that they have given the permission to the Organizer and its agencies to use the customer /winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
– To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Citibank nor its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered from use of any products or services purchased or any prizes offered under this Offer. Customers are to refer to the Organizer, merchant, supplier or manufacturer for issues pertaining to any products or services.
– By participating in this Offer, participant agree to be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by the Organizer.
