Gamers Hideout Malaysia is having their Trade in Deal. Recently we have received feedback from the community regarding our TGR service wasn’t up to the expected standard and we want to take this opportunity to communicate with our patrons.
We are truly committed to our TGR program, and we would like to show our appreciation to all who have supported us.
As a start, we would like to introduce a complete list of our latest Value-up titles and certain improvements of our TGR program as shown below.
We are increasing our trade-in value in 30 titles, and all postages will get extra RM5 for each copy of the trade-in.
Additionally, we will also subsidize RM10 of the shipping fees.
From this point forward, we shall ensure that such issues will be closely monitored and rectified. As per our latest policy, all payments shall be processed in the next working day (except weekend & public holidays).
We sincerely hope that this program is able to be enjoyed by many, and everyone will have a smooth and pleasant experience trading-in with us. We really appreciate your support and understanding in this matter, and we will work hard to improve our service to you.
