PLUSMiles Malaysia is having their Penang Department (JPP) 20% Off Promotion. 20% Discount for Riders at Penang Bridge Toll Plaza.

When will PLUS activate the 20% RFID Discount for eligible customers at the Penang Bridge Toll Plaza?

PLUS will activate the 20% RFID Discount to eligible customers at the Penang Bridge Toll Plaza on 14 July 2020.

Will the 20% RFID discount application be open to all vehicle classes?

NO. Only Class 2 and 3 vehicles that have installed and activated RFID Tags are eligible to apply for a 20% discount toll rate by meeting the requirements.

How do I register as a PLUSMiles member to apply for a 20%toll discount?

IV. Fill in the required information details and click “Register”
V. Check the email to confirm the PLUSMiles
VI account . Click the PLUSMiles account verification link on the email received
VII. PLUSMiles member registration has been successful, please log in to your PLUSMiles account at https://jimatdipenang.plusmiles.com.my/

Existing PLUSMiles Members

CONDITION :

Applicants who wish to apply for a toll payment discount are only allowed to apply for one category, namely
the Resident, Employee/ Student or Company category. The application is subject to the following conditions:

i) Resident Category (open application to RFID e-Wallet category)

a Malaysian citizen;
b Aged 17 years and above;
c Identity Card of the applicant with an address in Penang;
d Subject to one vehicle only;
e The vehicle registered is in the name of the owner or the owner’s family*

 

ii) Employee/ Student Category (open application to RFID e-Wallet category)

a Malaysian citizen;
b Aged 17 years and above;
c Work in a company or study at an institution located in Penang;
d Subject to one vehicle only;
e The vehicle registered is in the name of the owner or the owner’s family*

 

iii) Company Category (application is open to PLUSMiles Card category)

a The Company must submit an official letter using a “Letter Head” addressed in Penang and
signed by the owner of the Company or an appointed individual only
b Subject to a maximum of ten vehicles only for each application;
c Vehicles registered are in the name of the company
d Open commercial vehicles such as lorries only
e Companies certified and registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
f Companies with an address and operating in Penang as stated in the document under the
Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)

Each application is subject to PLUS’s discretion and PLUS reserves the right to reject applications that do not follow the stipulated conditions.

Eligible applicants will start enjoying the discounted toll rate after obtaining approval from PLUS and activation from Touch n Go Sdn Bhd.

Eligible applicants CANNOT change and/or transfer the discount to another party.
Eligible RFID e-Wallet applicants cannot apply for a 20% discount PLUSMiles card

The discount toll rate is only valid for payment at the Penang Bridge Toll Plaza only for a period of two (2) years from the date of activation of the discount.

Applications for extension of the toll discount period can only be submitted thirty (30) days prior to the expiry date of the discount. Any connection is subject to condition no.2 above.

The Penang Bridge discount toll rate program is subject to the discretion of PLUS and PLUS reserves the right to terminate the toll discount from time to time.

For the RFID e-Wallet category, tag activation at a discounted rate is also subject to review by Touch n ‘Go Sdn Bhd.
