Step 2: Request and submit points conversion from Points Exchange Partners to Pals Points.

Terms & Conditions
• Campaign is valid from 8 November to 31 December 2021.
• Applicable for points conversion in one way flow from points exchange partners to Pals Points only.
• Bonus Pals Points reward for conversion from bank partners and airlines partner is limited to ONCE (1) per member per campaign period respectively.
• Bonus Pals Points reward for conversions from UOB, HSBC or CIMB is limited to first ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) Sunway Pals members who successfully completed the conversion transaction.
• Bonus Pals Points reward for conversions from UOB, HSBC or CIMB is capped at THREE THOUSAND (3,000) Pals Points for each member based on the first points conversion transaction made.
• Bonus Pals Points reward for conversions from Big Loyalty, Enrich and is limited to first ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) Sunway Pals members who successfully completed the conversion transaction.
• Bonus Pals Points reward for conversions from Big Loyalty, Enrich is capped at SIX HUNDRED (600) Pals Points for each member based on the first points conversion transaction made.
• Bonus Pals Points reward will be fulfilled within 14 working days after end of campaign.
• Sunway Pals, UOB, HSBC, CIMB, Big Loyalty and Enrich reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete, or add to the stated T&C at any time without prior notice.
