- The “HSBC RM20 Cashback with Touch ‘n Go eWallet Offer” (“Offer”) shall run from 3 September 2021 (12.00am) to 31 January 2022 (11.59pm) Malaysia Time, comprising the following period:

| 3 | 1 November 2021– 30 November 2021 |
| 4 | 1 December 2021– 31 December 2021 |
| 5 | 1 January 2022 – 31 January 2022 |
- Offer is only valid by reloading the Touch ‘n Go eWallet via the “eWallet Balance” function with an HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit card/-i issued in Malaysia only.
- Users who perform Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload with a minimum amount of RM200 using HSBC/HSBC Amanah credit cards/-i in a particular Offer Month stand to receive a Cash Back of RM20.
- In the event the Cash Back allocated for a specific Offer Month has not been fully given out, the unutilised Cash Back will be brought forward to the following Offer Month.
- In the event of a tie in transaction time of the last Cash Back in a particular Campaign Month, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account with the higher Reload amount will get the Cash Back. However, In the event of a tie of reload amount, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet account with the highest number of reload transactions will get the Cash Back.
