Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is open to all users of the myNEWS Malaysia app.
- Each mobile number (receiver of the minimum RM100 reload) can only receive a maximum of one (1) RM10 bonus. Any subsequent reload to the same mobile number will not be entitled to the RM10 bonus again.
- User will be entitled to receive a RM10 bonus into the user’s card in their myNEWS Malaysia app account when reloading a minimum of RM100 in a single receipt on the same user’s card in the myNEWS Malaysia app.
- Each individual will only be entitled to one (1) bonus into each card in their myNEWS Malaysia app during the campaign period. The user is not allowed to perform any transactions on the same mobile device as another user to avoid any failure to obtain the bonus. The user will not be reimbursed for any loss of credit bonus due to such actions.
- User can reload their myNEWS Malaysia app via e-top up or at any myNEWS stores except Senai International Airport, KLIA2 Domestic Airside, Xiamen University and First World Hotel (Genting) outlets.
- The RM10 bonus will be credited to the user’s card in their myNEWS app account within 7 working days upon reloading.
- myNEWS Retail Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, delete or vary the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
