Inter-district travel for blood donation is allowed during the MCO. To apply for a blood donation slip and for more information, call: 0379492828 (operating from Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
Important Info:
1. Donor must be in good health & free from medical illness
2. Aged between 18 to 70 years for regular donors
3. Aged between 18 to 60 years for new donors
i. Those aged 60 and above must provide a supporting medical report.
4. Weigh at least 45KG
5. Get a minimum of 5 hours of sleep.
6. Remember to take a meal prior to donating.
7. Ensure an interval of 3 months from your last donation
8. For females: Not pregnant/breastfeeding or having menstruation (Day 1-3)
9. Residing in Malaysia for at least 1 year (for Non-Malaysians)
10. Not involved in high-risk activities or lifestyles (Examples: must not use drugs or have multiple sexual partners)
11. Remember to bring along your Identification document (IC/Passport)
12. If you are taking long term medication, do consult with the Medical Officer on site.
