TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AVENUE K #CUCUKWITHPRIDE REDEMPTION
1. This redemption campaign is open to all Avenue K Shopping Mall (“AK”) customers aged 18 and above, including employees and immediate family members of City Properties (“AK Management”).
2. This redemption campaign is open to those who have registered for their vaccination or have already received their vaccinations.
3. To be eligible to participate in this redemption campaign, customers MUST sign up for an AK Neighbours Card (if they are not already an AK Neighbours Cardholder).
4. AK customers may redeem cash vouchers worth RM20. No minimum spend required.
5. This redemption is only valid from 21 June 2021 onwards.
6. AK customers must flash their vaccine registration or proof of vaccination on the MySejahtera app to our Customer Service staff at the Information Counter, Level G, during Mall opening hours. AK customers who come in after the above stipulated time will not be entertained.
7. Due to limited availability, the redemption of cash vouchers is on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. AK customers are limited to one (1) redemption throughout the redemption campaign. While stocks last.
9. By participating in this redemption, all AK customers are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
10. Vouchers are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services. Vouchers are subject to the Terms & Conditions set by AK Management. AK Management reserves all rights to replace the vouchers with other items of similar value without any prior notice.
11. AK Management has the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
12. By participating in this redemption campaign, AK customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. AK Management’s decisions on all matters relating to the redemption shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
