TERMS AND CONDITIONS – “WOW WEDNESDAY” Promotion
1. The “WOW WEDNESDAY Promotion” (“Promotion”) is jointly organized by Shell Malaysia
Trading Sdn Bhd (Company No. 196501000279 (6087-M), collectively known as “Shell”.
2. The Promotion is open to all Shell customers in Peninsular Malaysia (“Customers”) and will
commence every Wednesday from 24th February 2021 (12:01AM) to 26th May 2021 (11:59PM),
both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) which can be extended by Shell without prior notice.
This Promotion is applicable at all Shell retail stations across Malaysia as listed on
www.shell.com.my/stationlocator (“Shell Stations”).
3. Gardenia Promotion (Peninsular Malaysia): The Gardenia Promotion in Peninsular Malaysia
includes purchase of one (1) Gardenia Original Classic 400g for Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00)
only. Promotion is not valid with any other combination of Gardenia items and it is only available
while stocks last.
4. Mighty White Long Sandwich Loaf 550g Promotion (Peninsular Malaysia): The Mighty White Long
Sandwich Loaf 550g Promotion in Peninsular Malaysia includes purchase of one (1) Mighty White
Long Sandwich Loaf 550g for Ringgit Malaysia One and Fifty Cents (RM1.50) only. Promotion is
not valid with any other combination of Mighty White items and it is only available while stocks
last.
5. Further to Clause 3 and 4, above, all Bonuslink members would be able to redeem the Gardenia
Promotion for One Hundred (100) Bonuslink or Mighty White Long Sandwich Loaf 550g
Promotion for One Hundred and Fifty (150) Bonuslink points.
6. To be eligible for the Gardenia Promotion or Mighty White Long Sandwich Loaf 550g Promotion,
customers are required to make a minimum purchase of RM30 of Shell Fuels (Shell FuelSave 95,
Shell V-Power 97 or Shell V-Power Racing) and present the proof of purchase when purchasing the
items under the Gardenia or Mighty White Long Sandwich Loaf 550g Promotion.
The Customers are only allowed to purchase either one (1), Gardenia Promotion or Mighty White
Long Sandwich Loaf 550g Promotion at any one time.
7. Shell reserves the right to vary, delete, substitute or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at its
absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or liability.
8. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 7 above,
shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or
advertising of this Promotion.
9. All decisions made by Shell in respect of this Promotion or in the event of any dispute are final and
binding.
10. Shell reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without prior notice.
In the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Shell of this Promotion shall
not entitle Shell Customers to any claim or compensation against Shell for all and all losses or
damage suffered or incurred by Shell Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of
cancellation, termination or suspension.
11. In no event will Shell and its Affiliates be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations,
loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive
or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort,
negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if Shell has been advised of the
possibility of such damages are expressly excluded.
12. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the
continuation in force of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
13. For these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” means a company which directly, or indirectly through
one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Shell.
Relevant to this, “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate fifty percent (50%)
or more of voting capital.
14. By participating in this Promotion, it is deemed that the Customers has read, understand and agreed
to be bound by all Terms and Conditions.
15. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any
provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material advertising this Promotion.

17. In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies)

of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
