A portmanteau of “oyster” and “shiitake” mushrooms, Crispy “Oyi-shi” Mushroom features two types of premium mushrooms in one hearty golden crunch that is good for you too!
The ingredients are then dusted with a generous dose of Shihlin’s in-house blend of fragrant powder and fiery chilli powder, complementing the earthy flavours of both mushrooms well.
