Now till 31 Mar 2021: Lazada 10% Cashback Promo with Standard Chartered Bank

1. Promotion is only available to registered users with a valid Lazada account and Standard Chartered credit cardholders (“Promotion”).
2. Promotion is valid every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 12am to 11.59pm from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is carried out in two parts as below:

Part A: For New Lazada User:

1. Cashback A will only be given to the first 50 Standard Chartered credit cardholders who top-up a minimum of RM150 into their Lazada Wallet using a Standard Chartered credit card (registered and saved with Lazada for the first time) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
2. Cashback shall be in Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen (RM15) (“Cashback A”).
3. Standard Chartered credit cards already saved on either the Lazada Wallet or as a saved ‘Credit/Debit Card’ under ‘Select Payment Method’ prior to this Promotion or on days apart from the Promotion Period are not eligible for Cashback A.
4. If a Standard Chartered credit card gets unsaved prior to or during the Promotion Period and is resaved on either the Lazada Wallet or as a saved ‘Credit/Debit Card’ under ‘Select Payment Method’ during the Promotion Period, such Standard Chartered credit card is not eligible for Cashback A.
5. All Cashback A will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Lazada Wallet within 21 days from the date the top-up was successfully made.
6. To use Cashback A, Eligible Customers will need to activate and select their Lazada Wallet as the payment option for their purchases.
7. Cashback A cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
8. Any Cashback A under this Promotion that remains unused sixty (60) days from the date it was credited to the Eligible Customer’s Lazada Wallet will automatically expire.

Part B: For Existing Lazada User:

1. Cashback B will only be given to the first 100 Standard Chartered credit cardholders who top-up a minimum of RM150 into their Lazada Wallet using a Standard Chartered credit card (registered and saved with Lazada) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
2. Cashback B shall be in Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) (“Cashback B”).
3. Standard Chartered credit cards already saved on the Lazada Wallet or as a saved ‘Credit/Debit Card’ under ‘Select Payment Method’ prior to this Promotion or on days apart from during the Promotion Period are eligible for Cashback B.
4. All Cashback B will be credited to the topped-up Lazada Wallet of the Eligible Customer within 21 days from last date of the month of the rebate.
5. To use the Cashback, Eligible Customers will need to activate and select their Lazada Wallet as the payment option for their purchases.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, any Standard Chartered credit card that are eligible for Cashback A will not be eligible for Cashback B in relation to the same top up.
7. Cashback B cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
8. Any Cashback B under this Promotion that remains unused sixty (60) days from the date it was credited to an Eligible Customer’s Lazada Wallet will automatically expire.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

1. Lazada reserves the right to alter, extend, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, without prior notice.
2. Users participation in this Promotion shall be subject to any other terms and conditions on the Lazada platform, including, without limitation, the Lazada Payment Account User Terms and Conditions.
3. Lazada’s decision regarding all matters and disputes relating to Promotion will be final and binding and no correspondences will be entertained.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and Lazada’s decision.
