Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period
1. The Promotion is valid from 15 January to 31 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
2. The Promotion is open to all PB Visa Credit Cards / PIB Visa Credit Cards-i and PB
Visa Debit Cards (“Eligible Cardmembers”).
3. The following persons are excluded from participating in this Promotion :-
3.1 Cardmembers whose card account has been suspended, cancelled or
terminated during Promotion Period.
Promotion Mechanics
4. Eligible Cardmembers enjoy 8% off bookings made via www.agoda.com/visamy.
5. For the purpose of this Promotion, booking period, stay period and destination are
defined as follows:

6. The Promotion is applicable for booking of merchant hotels at designated hotels
(prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL:
www.agoda.com/visamy.
7. Payment must be made using the eligible credit/debit card.
8. Promotion discount will be reflected at the payment page upon entering valid card
details.
9. The Promotion is only valid for hotels with “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search
results page.
10. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local
taxes, service fees and additional charges).
11. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit limit or other
discounts/products/services.
12. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and may not be combined with
other offers, rewards or loyalty programmes.
13. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda and Visa.
14. In case of dispute arising solely from the terms and conditions of Agoda on hotel
bookings, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
15. Agoda and Visa reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any part of the
Promotion at any time by way of posting on the Bank’s website and/or the dedicated
landing page in order to give prior notice to the Eligible Cardmembers.
16. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between
the Bank and Eligible Cardmember.
