What to expect?
– Your health screening will take about 2 hours.
-Be punctual for your appointment.
Kindly find the following general instructions for your reference and further action:
a) Please bring along your ID card or passport for registration;
b) Blood samples will be collected on the day of examination;
Instructions for preparation for health check-up:
1. Please fast for at least 8 hours before your medical checkup. You may drink plain
water only.
2. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along your previous test
results or reports you have for the doctor’s review.
3. For 3D mammogram screening, you are advised to avoid using any deodorant or
talcum powder.
4. Bring your prior mammogram image and report for comparison (if any).
5. For more accurate results, all pap smear tests should be done at least 10 days from the
first day of your menstruation.
6. Kindly inform the receptionist during registration if you are pregnant, or suspected to
be pregnant as X-rays, Bone Scan and Mammogram are not recommended for anyone
who is pregnant.
