Terms and Conditions for myTREATS CNY Campaign 2021 (“Terms and Conditions”)
The myTREATS CNY (“Campaign”) is organized by Malayan Banking Berhad (Company No. 196001000142) (“Maybank”) and shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participants (as defined in Clause 1) hereby expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Maybank with respect to the Campaign shall be final and binding.
1.0 Eligibility
a) This Campaign is open to all myTREATS customers in Malaysia (“Eligible Participants”) who perform the eligible transactions (as stated in the column marked ‘Type of Eligible Transactions’ in Clause 2.0 b) (“Eligible Transactions”) through the points redemption in myTREATS.
b) Eligible Participants may opt to pay with valid Maybank Cards or redeem their Maybank Points – TreatsPoints or Membership Rewards Points.
2.0 Specific Terms and Conditions Including Campaign Mechanics and Platform (“Specific Terms”)
a) The Campaign is only valid from 15th January 2021 to 26th February 2021.
b) This Campaign rewards myTREATS customers who spend a total value of 50,000 points or RM100 and above in a single order, to entitle 2,021 points instant rebate (“Discount”) during their checkout.
c) Key in Promo Code: HUAT2021 to enjoy discount during checkout when the total purchase value is 50,000 points or RM100 and above.
d) Discount is limited to first 1,000 redemptions only.
e) Discount is valid for all items at myTREATS except for gift cards and vouchers category.
f) Discount is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or points.
g) The Campaign is only accessible via the www.maybank.com/mytreats (“Eligible Platform”).
