Below are the T&Cs for our online sale.
ONLINE SALE T&Cs, they’re as easy as 1,2,3s.
But before you fill your basket, please take a look at our sale terms and conditions:
1. The online sale will begin online at lush.my on the 27 January 2021 and will finish till month end or when we have run out of stock.
2. The sale is on a ‘first come first served’ basis and subject to availability. As the stock is limited, it will not be remade once it has been sold through. We reserve our right to withdraw this offer at any time.
3. We hope you are thrilled with your purchases, however, in the case of a fault, we are unfortunately unable to replace sale items due to limited stock. Instead, Customer Care will be able to offer a full refund on any faulty items or errors that occur from online within 14 days of purchase.
4. You’ll get an email confirmation shortly after placing your order, then our elves will get to work picking and packing your goods. When your package is ready to ship, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If order volume is off the charts, we may take a little longer. Rest assured we’re working as quickly as possible to get your goodies to you!
5. Due to the volume of orders we expect to receive, it will take us 7-8 business days to pick and pack your order.
6. We cannot combine orders, nor can we refund shipping costs if you place two different orders. Because of the nature of the sale, we cannot adjust or make changes to your order once it’s been placed.
7. We reserve our right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior written notice and at our sole discretion.
