- Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa Credit or Debit cards.
- Promotion is valid to Maybank Cardmembers from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei.
- Redemption only can be made after 48 business working hours of upon payment clearance.
- Redeemed value shall include base room rate, Sales and Service Tax (SST); excluding extra bed, breakfast and tourism tax.
- The e-voucher face value can be part or full payment of the booking value. If the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card/online transfer to the property company’s account. If the booking value is less than the voucher value, no balance change will be refunded.
- Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. E-Voucher is deemed utilised if the guest does not turn up on arrival day.
